回注水二次污染機制及治理研究

【摘要】:隨著油田低滲透油層的不斷精細開發(fā),對注水水質的要求也越來越高,其中懸浮物固體含量已成為衡量注水水質的一項重要指標;刈⑺兄饕ǖ貙宇w粒、腐蝕產物、碳酸鹽垢及地層細小泥砂為主。要提高低滲油田的開發(fā)效果,必須注夠水、注好水,才能使今天的水變成明天的油。從檢測數(shù)據來看,盡管污水在經過過濾裝置后已經取得了較好的效果,主要指標能夠滿足低滲透油田注水開發(fā)的要求。但是,配水間和井口后水質有明顯惡化,產生了二次污染,導致注水水質不達標,從而影響了注水開發(fā)的效率。研究注水水質中懸浮物沿程變化規(guī)律研究,對低滲透油田開發(fā)有著重要意義。為搞清油田注水中懸浮物固體沿程增加規(guī)律,在龍虎泡區(qū)塊開展了懸浮物組成分析以及管道沉積物分析研究,與水體分析對比,搞清注水管道懸浮物固體沿程增加規(guī)律,同時制定相應技術對策提高水質穩(wěn)定性,以解決目前存在的含油污水水質二次污染問題。研究結果表明:龍虎泡區(qū)塊造成懸浮固體增加原因主要在于有機和無機成分含量增加,有機主要是重質油在水中的累積,細菌在水中生長;無機成分主要是可溶性鈣鎂離子發(fā)生化學反應導致生成不溶物,管線腐蝕導致鐵含量增加形成鐵物質沉積,酸不溶性物質在管線中逐步累積等。對于各因素對于懸浮固體增加量進行計算,其中酸溶物占據增加量最大,達到38%,其次是油達到27%,細菌和其他增量為20%,酸不溶物占15%。建議采用定期清洗管線,投加高效殺菌劑以及防止水質結垢、管線腐蝕辦法控制懸浮固體含量增加。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of low permeability reservoirs in oil fields, the requirement of water injection quality is becoming higher and higher, and the solid content of suspended solids has become an important index to measure the water injection quality. The water injection mainly includes formation particles, corrosion products, carbonate scale and fine mud sand. In order to improve the development effect of low permeability oilfields, it is necessary to inject enough water and good water to turn today's water into tomorrow's oil. From the test data, although the sewage has achieved good results after the filtration device, the main indicators can meet the requirements of low permeability oilfield water injection development. However, the water quality in the water distribution and after the well head has deteriorated obviously, which resulted in secondary pollution, which resulted in the water injection water quality not up to the standard, thus affecting the efficiency of water injection development. It is of great significance to study the variation law of suspended solids in water injection water quality for the development of low permeability oil fields. In order to find out the increasing rule of suspended solids in oilfield water injection, the composition analysis of suspended solids and the analysis of pipeline sediment were carried out in Longhubao block, and compared with the analysis of water body, the law of the increase of suspended solids along the course of water injection pipeline was made clear. At the same time, the corresponding technical countermeasures are made to improve the stability of water quality to solve the problem of secondary pollution of oily wastewater. The results show that the increase of suspended solids is mainly caused by the increase of organic and inorganic components, the accumulation of heavy oil in water and the growth of bacteria in water. The inorganic composition is mainly caused by the chemical reaction of soluble calcium and magnesium ions to form insoluble substances, the corrosion of pipelines leads to the increase of iron content and the formation of iron deposition, and the accumulation of acid insoluble substances in pipelines. For all the factors, the increase of suspended solids is calculated, among which the acid-soluble substance occupies the largest increase, reaching 38 percent, followed by oil to 27 percent, bacteria and other increments to 20, and acid insoluble substances to 15 percent. It is suggested that the pipeline should be cleaned regularly, the high efficiency fungicides should be added, and the scale of water quality should be prevented. The corrosion method of pipeline should be used to control the increase of suspended solid content.
