【摘要】:采用預(yù)濃縮-氣相色譜法測定30種揮發(fā)性有機物(VOCs)氣體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣品,根據(jù)不同條件下各組分響應(yīng)值和相對響應(yīng)值的變化對分析方法進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,考察了各級冷阱冷凍溫度、解析時間和解析流速對測定結(jié)果的影響.結(jié)果表明,在一級冷阱冷凍溫度為-185℃,解析流速為20 m L·min~(-1),解析時間120 s;二級冷阱冷凍溫度為-50℃,解析時間1 s;三級冷阱冷凍溫度為-185℃條件下樣品的測定結(jié)果最優(yōu),采用優(yōu)化后的實驗條件對樣品重復(fù)分析6次,各組分RSD在1.1%—2.4%之間,結(jié)果表明該方法具有良好的精密度.可為研究環(huán)境監(jiān)測用多組分混合的低濃度VOCs類氣體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣品的研制提供技術(shù)支持.
[Abstract]:30 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) gas standard samples were determined by preconcentration and gas chromatography. The analytical method was optimized according to the changes of the response and relative response values of each component under different conditions. The freezing temperature of each cold trap was investigated. The influence of analytical time and flow rate on the determination results. The results show that the best results are obtained when the freezing temperature of the first cold trap is -185 鈩,
