【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,廢棄化學(xué)品的產(chǎn)生源及產(chǎn)生量急劇增加,其資源化、無害化處理處置已成為社會普遍關(guān)注的焦點問題。行業(yè)無序混亂處理處置行為的存在,需要通過標準化加以規(guī)范,以引領(lǐng)其健康有序地發(fā)展。闡述了廢棄化學(xué)品的定義,介紹了廢棄化學(xué)品的處理處置現(xiàn)狀、處理處置方法和存在的問題,指出了廢棄化學(xué)品處理處置標準化的必要性,對標準化的現(xiàn)狀做了介紹,展望了行業(yè)標準化的發(fā)展趨勢。通過創(chuàng)建廢棄化學(xué)品處理處置標準化格局,推動科技進步與創(chuàng)新,提高廢棄化學(xué)品二次資源的綜合利用率,實現(xiàn)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟、綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)、資源綜合利用的目的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China ' s economy , the generation source and production quantity of waste chemicals have increased sharply . The disposal of waste chemicals has become the focus problem of the society . The definition of waste chemicals is introduced . The necessity of treatment and disposal of waste chemicals is introduced , and the development trend of standardization is discussed . The aim of recycling economy , green industry and comprehensive utilization of resources is realized through the establishment of standardized pattern of disposal and disposal of waste chemicals , advances and innovations of disposal of waste chemicals and the improvement of the comprehensive utilization rate of waste chemical secondary resources .
