渾太河不同水生態(tài)區(qū)營(yíng)養(yǎng)鹽對(duì)底棲硅藻的影響及閾值

【摘要】:為全面了解渾太河不同水生態(tài)區(qū)營(yíng)養(yǎng)鹽對(duì)底棲硅藻的影響狀況及進(jìn)行底棲硅藻群落的保護(hù),本研究對(duì)3個(gè)水生態(tài)區(qū)共287個(gè)采樣點(diǎn)的營(yíng)養(yǎng)鹽因子(NH_4~+-N、TP)及底棲硅藻群落進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,并通過(guò)局部加權(quán)回歸散點(diǎn)修勻法(locally weighted scatterplot smoothing,LOWESS)探究了底棲硅藻群落的NH_4~+-N、TP保護(hù)閾值.結(jié)果表明:(1)渾太河3個(gè)水生態(tài)區(qū)NH_4~+-N、TP濃度差異性顯著并呈現(xiàn)出水生態(tài)Ⅰ區(qū)水生態(tài)Ⅱ區(qū)水生態(tài)Ⅲ區(qū)的趨勢(shì).(2)底棲硅藻特征指標(biāo)[運(yùn)動(dòng)性硅藻百分比、敏感性硅藻百分比、具柄硅藻百分比、Pielou均勻度指數(shù)、特定污染敏感指數(shù)(specific polluosensitivity index,IPS)、硅藻生物指數(shù)(biological diatom index,IBD)、硅藻屬指數(shù)(generic diatom index,IDG)]均在3個(gè)水生態(tài)區(qū)間存在差異,運(yùn)動(dòng)性硅藻百分比呈現(xiàn)出水生態(tài)Ⅰ區(qū)水生態(tài)Ⅱ區(qū)水生態(tài)Ⅲ區(qū)的變化,而其余6個(gè)生物參數(shù)的變化與之相反,表明水生態(tài)Ⅲ區(qū)底棲硅藻受到的干擾最大,水生態(tài)Ⅰ區(qū)最小.(3)經(jīng)LOWESS擬合和獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)3個(gè)水生態(tài)區(qū)底棲硅藻的NH_4~+-N、TP保護(hù)閾值不同,水生態(tài)Ⅰ區(qū)、Ⅱ區(qū)、Ⅲ區(qū)的NH_4~+-N閾值分別為0.13、0.30、1.98 mg·L~(-1),TP閾值分別為0.04、0.06、0.20 mg·L~(-1).本研究可為渾太河3個(gè)水生態(tài)區(qū)底棲硅藻群落的保護(hù)和水生態(tài)區(qū)管理提供理論依據(jù).
[Abstract]:In order to fully understand the effects of nutrients on benthic diatoms in different water ecological areas of the Hun Tai River, and to protect the benthic diatoms community, In this study, a total of 287 sampling sites in three water ecological areas were investigated and analyzed, and the NH4 ~ -NTP) and benthic diatom communities were investigated and analyzed, and the NH4- NTP protection threshold of benthic diatom communities was investigated by means of locally weighted scatterplot smoothing and LOWESSs.
