畜禽養(yǎng)殖污水絮凝菌的分離鑒定

【摘要】:為了篩選針對畜禽養(yǎng)殖污水的高效絮凝菌,試驗(yàn)通過富集、分離、純化和絮凝活性測定,從紹興縣中大畜牧有限公司(生豬飼養(yǎng)繁育)氧化塘的污水和淺層底泥中篩選絮凝菌,通過形態(tài)學(xué)、生理生化反應(yīng)和16S rD NA測序,對絮凝能力最強(qiáng)的菌株進(jìn)行鑒定。結(jié)果表明:從養(yǎng)豬場氧化塘的污水和淺層底泥中分離篩選到7株絮凝菌,其中C4絮凝活性最強(qiáng),鑒定為解木糖賴氨酸芽胞桿菌(Lysinibacillus xylanilyticus)。
[Abstract]:In order to screen high efficiency flocculating bacteria for livestock and poultry wastewater, through enrichment, separation, purification and determination of flocculation activity, flocculating bacteria were screened from sewage and shallow bottom mud of oxidation pond of Zhongda Livestock and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd in Shaoxing County. The strains with the strongest flocculation ability were identified by morphological, physiological and biochemical reactions and 16s rDNA sequencing. The results showed that 7 strains of flocculating bacteria were isolated from the wastewater and shallow sediment of the oxidation pond of pig farm, among which C4 was the most active flocculant, which was identified as Lysinibacillus xylanilyticus. xylanilyticus.
