MODIS和OMI數(shù)據(jù)評(píng)估閱兵期間北京市大氣減排成效

【摘要】:衛(wèi)星觀測不僅能反映區(qū)域宏觀大氣污染狀況,也能從城市尺度上監(jiān)測大氣污染物的變化。基于以上優(yōu)勢,本文利用MODIS氣溶膠光學(xué)厚度(AOD)和OMI對(duì)流層NO_2垂直柱濃度數(shù)據(jù),比較2015年與2012年—2014年以及2015年3個(gè)時(shí)期(減排前、減排中、減排后)AOD和NO_2柱濃度的變化,定性分析了閱兵期間華北平原地區(qū)污染物減排效果,重點(diǎn)定量評(píng)估北京市聯(lián)控減排措施的效果。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)2015年減排中華北平原重污染地區(qū)AOD和NO_2柱濃度相比于前3年同期有明顯降低。定量分析北京市的減排效果得到:2015年減排中較前3年同期而言,AOD降低59%,NO_2柱濃度降低41%;較2015年減排前而言,AOD降低73%,NO_2柱濃度降低30%,去除氣象條件影響后,AOD下降43%,NO_2柱濃度下降21%,說明嚴(yán)格的聯(lián)控減排措施有效地改善了空氣質(zhì)量,氣象條件也起到積極的作用。減排措施結(jié)束后,AOD和NO_2柱濃度比減排中分別增加159%和71%。研究結(jié)果表明,衛(wèi)星遙感與地基監(jiān)測評(píng)估效果相當(dāng),能反映北京地面污染物排放能力;它既能觀測區(qū)域尺度大氣污染變化,又可評(píng)估城市尺度大氣污染減排。隨著衛(wèi)星技術(shù)水平的提高,期望未來衛(wèi)星遙感可作為一種獨(dú)立手段來定量評(píng)估區(qū)域及城市尺度空氣質(zhì)量減排措施的效果。
[Abstract]:Satellite observations can not only reflect the regional macro air pollution, but also monitor the changes of atmospheric pollutants on the urban scale. Based on the above advantages, the vertical column concentration data of MODIS aerosol optical thickness (AOD) and OMI tropospheric NO_2 were used to compare the changes of NO_2 and NO_2 concentrations between 2015 and 2012-2014 and 2015 (before, during and after emission reduction). The emission reduction effect of pollutants in North China Plain during the parade was qualitatively analyzed, and the effect of Beijing joint control emission reduction measures was evaluated quantitatively. It was found that the concentrations of AOD and NO_2 in the heavily polluted areas of the North Plain of China in 2015 were significantly lower than those in the previous three years. Quantitative analysis of emission reduction effect in Beijing: AOD reduction in 2015 compared with the previous three years in the same period, AOD decreased 59% and no 2 column concentration decreased 41%; compared with 2015 emission reduction, AOD decreased 73 no 2 column concentration decreased 30%; after removing the influence of meteorological conditions, AOD decreased 43%. The drop of 21 degrees shows that strict joint measures to reduce emissions have effectively improved air quality. Weather conditions also play a positive role. The concentrations of AOD and NO_2 were increased by 159% and 71% respectively. The results show that the effect of satellite remote sensing is equivalent to that of ground-based monitoring and evaluation, which can reflect the emission capacity of ground pollutants in Beijing, and it can not only observe the variation of atmospheric pollution at the regional scale, but also evaluate the emission reduction of atmospheric pollution at the urban scale. With the improvement of satellite technology, it is expected that satellite remote sensing can be used as an independent means to quantitatively evaluate the effect of regional and urban air quality emission reduction measures in the future.
