某氨基酸生產(chǎn)企業(yè)廢氣改造治理工程

【摘要】:隨著霧霾天在我國(guó)覆蓋區(qū)域的不斷擴(kuò)大及持續(xù)天數(shù)的增加,大氣污染被廣泛關(guān)注。引起霧霾天氣的原因非常復(fù)雜,而化工廢氣是霧霾形成的重要原因之一化工有機(jī)廢氣(VOCs)在空氣中參與形成二次有機(jī)氣溶膠、易沉積于空氣顆粒物表面、誘發(fā)光化學(xué)煙霧,成為大氣污染不可忽視的重要污染源。本文對(duì)寧波市某氨基酸生產(chǎn)企業(yè)存在的惡臭氣體污染嚴(yán)重問(wèn)題進(jìn)行整治,分析其在廢氣收集及治理中存在的問(wèn)題,提出改造措施并對(duì)改造效果進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。針對(duì)廢氣收集存在的問(wèn)題,對(duì)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、廢氣收集方式、生產(chǎn)操作方式、污水站進(jìn)行全面升級(jí)優(yōu)化,淘汰落后生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、改進(jìn)廢氣收集方式及生產(chǎn)操作方式、改進(jìn)污水站氨吹脫塔處理含氨廢水治理工藝。通過(guò)對(duì)廢氣收集實(shí)施全方位改造,無(wú)組織廢氣都能得到有效收集,惡臭氣味明顯減弱。對(duì)治理工藝進(jìn)行重新設(shè)計(jì),淘汰原有“一級(jí)堿洗”治理工藝。設(shè)計(jì)1#和2#廢氣處理系統(tǒng),采用“堿洗+酸洗氧化+堿洗”新處理工藝,并確定1#廢氣處理系統(tǒng)的最佳工藝條件為一級(jí)堿洗塔:pH=8~9;二級(jí)酸洗氧化塔:pH=2-3,ORP=1000~1200 mV,氧化劑為次氯酸鈉;三級(jí)堿洗塔:pH=9~10。2#廢氣處理系統(tǒng)最佳工藝條件為一級(jí)堿洗塔:pH=8~9;二級(jí)酸洗氧化塔:pH=2-3,ORP=1000~1200 mV,氧化劑為次氯酸鈉;三級(jí)堿洗塔:pH=9~10。1#和2#廢氣處理系統(tǒng)吸收液更換頻率均為:一級(jí)塔3天/次,二級(jí)塔5 天/次,三級(jí)塔7 天/次。對(duì)改造后的1#和2#廢氣處理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收監(jiān)測(cè),1#排放口的臭氣濃度為724,非甲烷總烴濃度為86.7 mg/m3;2#廢氣排放口臭氣濃度為174,非甲烷總烴濃度為58.2 mg/m3。兩個(gè)排放口的臭氣濃度和非甲烷總烴的濃度均可以滿足排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。改造工程經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境、社會(huì)效益顯著。改造工程一次性投資為151.8萬(wàn)元,運(yùn)行成本為3836元/天,其中運(yùn)行成本優(yōu)于改造前。工程有利于周邊環(huán)境的改善和員工的身體健康。因此,本論文中的改造工程可為氨基酸行業(yè)的廢氣治理提供一定的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of haze days in our country and the increase of the number of days, air pollution has been paid more and more attention. The causes of haze weather are very complicated, and chemical waste gas is one of the important reasons for the formation of haze. The chemical organic waste gas (VOC) is involved in the formation of secondary organic aerosols in the air, which is easy to deposit on the surface of air particles and induce photochemical smog. It has become an important pollution source which can not be ignored by air pollution. This paper deals with the serious problem of odor gas pollution in an amino acid production enterprise in Ningbo, analyzes the existing problems in waste gas collection and treatment, and puts forward some measures and verifies the effect of the reform. Aiming at the problems existing in waste gas collection, the production equipment, waste gas collection mode, production operation mode, sewage station are upgraded and optimized, the backward production equipment is eliminated, the waste gas collection mode and production operation mode are improved, To improve the treatment process of ammonia-containing wastewater by ammonia blowing tower in sewage station. Through the comprehensive transformation of waste gas collection, the unorganized waste gas can be effectively collected, and the odor is obviously weakened. Redesign the treatment process to eliminate the original "first-class alkaline wash" treatment process. The waste gas treatment system of 1# and 2# was designed, and the new treatment process of "alkali pickling, oxidation and alkali washing" was adopted. The optimum technological conditions of the system were determined as follows: the first grade alkaline washing tower: 1: 0 pH 8 ~ 9, the second stage acid pickling oxidation tower: 1% pH 2 ~ (3) ORP ~ (1 000) 1 200mV, and the oxidant sodium hypochlorite. The optimum technological conditions for the waste gas treatment system of the three-stage alkaline washing tower, pH10: 1: 1: 1: 1, pH 8, 9; the second stage, the oxidation tower, the pH, 2-3, ORP, 1 000 MV, and the oxidizing agent, sodium hypochlorite; and the replacement frequency of the absorbent of the third grade alkaline washing tower, 1: 00, pH, 9, 10. 1#, and of the 2# waste gas treatment system, are as follows: the first stage tower is 3 days per hour and the absorption solution of the exhaust gas treatment system is replaced at the rate of 3 days. Second class tower 5 days / time, third class tower 7 days / time. The odor concentration of the exhaust gas outlet is 724, the total hydrocarbon concentration of non-methane is 86.7 mg / m ~ 32# and the total hydrocarbon concentration of non-methane is 58.2 mg / m ~ (3). The odour concentration and the non-methane total hydrocarbon concentration can meet the emission standard requirements. The transformation project economy, the environment, the social benefit is remarkable. The one-time investment and operating cost of the retrofit project are 1.518 million yuan and 3836 yuan / day respectively, among which the operating cost is better than that before the transformation. The project is conducive to the improvement of the surrounding environment and the health of the staff. Therefore, the transformation project in this paper can provide a certain reference for the waste gas treatment of amino acid industry.
