【摘要】：正發(fā)展循環(huán)經濟,實施清潔生產,推進源頭減排、綜合利用和無害處理,降低資源消耗,減少廢棄物產生,實現(xiàn)資源循環(huán)利用,加快建設國家循環(huán)經濟示范城市。——摘自2010年12月24日《深圳經濟特區(qū)加快經濟發(fā)展方式轉變促進條例》生態(tài)文明建設考核結果將作為評價領導干部政績、年度考核和選拔任用的重要依據(jù)之一。市委組織部建立領導干部生態(tài)文明建設考核工作檔案,并將考核結果納入市管領導班子和市管干部的考核內容。
