【摘要】：隨著人們創(chuàng)造財(cái)富的能力不斷增強(qiáng)、社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,生態(tài)環(huán)境遭到了破壞,出現(xiàn)了全球范圍的“生態(tài)危機(jī)”。人類的生存和發(fā)展遭到了威脅。正確處理好人與自然、經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)的關(guān)系,是生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的必然選擇。馬克思主義生態(tài)觀是指馬克思主義關(guān)于生態(tài)問題的整體理解及其基本觀點(diǎn),圍繞人與自然、人與社會(huì)、以及人與自身的關(guān)系等問題從哲學(xué)的角度進(jìn)行概括從而形成的一種理論體系。為人類如何正確的處理人與自然、社會(huì)、自身的關(guān)系、如何做到在發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的同時(shí)與大自然和諧相處等問題提供理論指導(dǎo)。比如山西省襄垣縣在發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的同時(shí)也呈現(xiàn)出很多的環(huán)境問題,在馬克思主義生態(tài)觀理論的指導(dǎo)下,結(jié)合襄垣縣生態(tài)環(huán)境的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)生態(tài)遭到破壞的原因進(jìn)行了分析,從政府、企業(yè)、個(gè)人的角度分別提出了對(duì)策。山西省襄垣縣在馬克思主義生態(tài)觀指導(dǎo)下,進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)格的整治,完善相關(guān)法律。對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)方面帶來的污染也進(jìn)行積極的治理。積極倡導(dǎo)節(jié)能減排,并實(shí)施綠色生態(tài)工程。積極發(fā)展綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。并引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的種植技術(shù)及農(nóng)作物,充分體現(xiàn)人與自然和諧相處的理念。在學(xué)習(xí)和掌握馬克思主義生態(tài)觀的基礎(chǔ)上,將理論融入到為襄垣縣生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的實(shí)際當(dāng)中,為襄垣縣生態(tài)文明建設(shè)過程中呈現(xiàn)的問題提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策分析。
[Abstract]:With the enhancement of people's ability to create wealth and the development of society, the ecological environment has been destroyed and a global "ecological crisis" has emerged.The survival and development of mankind are threatened.It is an inevitable choice for the construction of ecological civilization to correctly handle the relationship between man and nature, economy and society.Marxist ecological view refers to Marxism's overall understanding of ecological problems and its basic views, which revolve around man and nature, man and society,And the relationship between human beings and themselves is summarized from the philosophical point of view to form a theoretical system.It provides theoretical guidance on how to deal with the relationship between man and nature, society and oneself, and how to get along harmoniously with nature while developing economy.For example, Xiangyuan County in Shanxi Province also presents a lot of environmental problems while developing its economy. Under the guidance of Marxist ecological theory and the actual situation of the ecological environment in Xiangyuan County, the causes of ecological destruction are analyzed.From the government, the enterprise, the individual angle proposed the countermeasure separately.Xiangyuan County in Shanxi Province under the guidance of Marxist ecological concept, strict regulation, improve the relevant laws.The pollution brought about by agriculture and industry is also under active control.Actively advocate energy conservation and emission reduction, and the implementation of green ecological projects.Actively develop green industries to promote economic development.And the introduction of advanced planting technology and crops, fully reflect the concept of harmony between man and nature.On the basis of studying and mastering the Marxist ecological view, the theory is integrated into the practice of ecological civilization construction in Xiangyuan County, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for the problems in the process of ecological civilization construction in Xiangyuan County.
