沉積物中芘對淡水底棲動物的急慢性毒性效應(yīng)

【摘要】:研究了沉積物中芘對淡水底棲動物花翅羽搖蚊幼蟲和淡水單孔蚓的急慢性毒性效應(yīng).芘對花翅羽搖蚊幼蟲96h及14d的半數(shù)致死濃度(LC50)分別為189mg/kg干重和83.6mg/kg干重,28d羽化半數(shù)抑制濃度(EC50)為26.1mg/kg干重.沉積物中芘對花翅羽搖蚊幼蟲的羽化時間具有延滯作用,但是對雌雄個體羽化時間的延滯作用沒有顯著的差異.淡水單孔蚓對芘的耐受力較搖蚊幼蟲強(qiáng).芘對淡水單孔蚓體表損傷(包括尾部發(fā)白、尾部凹陷及自斷)的14d及21d EC50分別為222mg/kg干重和106mg/kg干重,21d生長抑制的EC50為81.7mg/kg干重.比較國外已有的芘沉積物質(zhì)量基準(zhǔn)值和本文的初步評估結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),國外的芘沉積物質(zhì)量基準(zhǔn)值并不適合我國所用,需要更全面的沉積物中芘對底棲生物的毒性數(shù)據(jù)來對我國的芘淡水沉積物質(zhì)量基準(zhǔn)值進(jìn)行推導(dǎo).本研究結(jié)果對推導(dǎo)芘的沉積物質(zhì)量基準(zhǔn)和進(jìn)行沉積物生態(tài)風(fēng)險評價提供幫助.
[Abstract]:The acute and chronic toxicity of pyrene in sediments to the larvae of Chironomus albopictus and the freshwater vermis in freshwater benthos was studied.The median lethal concentration (LC50) of pyrene to the larvae of Chironomus pinnatifida was 189mg/kg dry weight (189mg/kg) and Eclosion half inhibitory concentration (EC50) of 83.6mg/kg dry weight for 28 days (26.1mg/kg dry weight).Pyrene in sediments had a delayed effect on the emergence time of Chironomus pteronyx larvae, but there was no significant difference in the ejaculation time between male and female individuals.The tolerance of freshwater vermis to pyrene was stronger than that of Chironomus.The EC50 of pyrene on the surface of fresh water single pore earthworm (including tail whitening, caudal depression and self-breaking) was 222mg/kg dry weight and 106mg/kg dry weight 21 days growth inhibition EC50 was 81.7mg/kg dry weight, respectively.Compared with the existing pyrene sediment quality reference values abroad and the preliminary evaluation results in this paper, it is found that the foreign pyrene sediment quality reference values are not suitable for our country.More comprehensive data on the toxicity of pyrene to benthos in sediments are needed to deduce the reference value of pyrene freshwater sediment quality in China.The results of this study are helpful to deduce the sediment quality standard of pyrene and evaluate the ecological risk of sediments.
