【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,21世紀(jì)人類面臨的最嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)不再單純只是解決溫飽問題,而是面對全球范圍內(nèi)生態(tài)環(huán)境的惡化。在嚴(yán)峻的環(huán)境挑戰(zhàn)面前,人類亟需在眾多的思想中摸索社會發(fā)展模式的新思路,這促使了生態(tài)文明的產(chǎn)生。云南是一個(gè)集邊疆、民族、山區(qū)為一體的欠發(fā)達(dá)省份,全國有500多個(gè)國家級貧困縣,云南就有73個(gè)國家級貧困縣,占全國的12.3%。選題基于國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目,以8個(gè)國家級貧困縣為代表進(jìn)行深入研究。對于云南民族貧困地區(qū)而言,如何在生態(tài)文明建設(shè)政策的影響下脫貧,這直接關(guān)系到各民族的團(tuán)結(jié)和睦以及國家的長治久安。企業(yè)作為市場活動的基本單元,身兼多重角色,而企業(yè)對生態(tài)文明建設(shè)政策的理解和對政策的響應(yīng),這些行為直接決定了生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的成敗,生態(tài)文明建設(shè)走向深化的必然要求一定是推動企業(yè)行為的轉(zhuǎn)變本文運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,根據(jù)以往相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究建立了生態(tài)文明建設(shè)對少數(shù)民族貧困地區(qū)企業(yè)行為影響的模型,認(rèn)為企業(yè)行為受外部因素和內(nèi)部因素共同作用,外部因素為生態(tài)文明制度建設(shè)帶來的政策規(guī)制和生態(tài)文明意識建設(shè)帶來的市場壓力,內(nèi)部因素為組織規(guī)模與管理者態(tài)度。并選取8個(gè)國家級貧困縣為研究對象,向這些縣的企業(yè)發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷。最終經(jīng)過數(shù)據(jù)處理,得到了在少數(shù)民族貧困地區(qū)如何正確對企業(yè)行為進(jìn)行影響的研究結(jié)論:(1)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)政策規(guī)制對企業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步和節(jié)能環(huán)保行為具有直接和顯著的正向影響;(2)市場壓力對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略選擇和生產(chǎn)決策行為具有直接的正向促進(jìn)作用;(3)規(guī)模和管理者態(tài)度對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略選擇有一定的正向促進(jìn)作用。根據(jù)結(jié)論提出以下建議:(1)在生態(tài)文明建設(shè)政策規(guī)制方面,注重發(fā)揮生態(tài)文明的市場化政策的作用,促進(jìn)企業(yè)采取積極的環(huán)境管理戰(zhàn)略和環(huán)境管理行為,這有利于節(jié)能減排,同時(shí)促進(jìn)生態(tài)文明建設(shè);(2)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)政策制定和實(shí)施應(yīng)注意行業(yè)領(lǐng)先企業(yè)的特點(diǎn),需要這些公司在行業(yè)中發(fā)揮示范作用,并且對節(jié)能減排和其他相關(guān)企業(yè)促進(jìn)推廣的相關(guān)行為進(jìn)行鼓勵;(3)由于存在企業(yè)和行業(yè)規(guī)模差異,要對不同的企業(yè)和行業(yè)實(shí)施相對靈活的管理和生態(tài)文明建設(shè)政策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the most serious challenge facing mankind in the 21st century is not only to solve the problem of food and clothing, but also to face the deterioration of ecological environment in the world.In the face of severe environmental challenges, human beings urgently need to explore a new way of social development in many thoughts, which promotes the emergence of ecological civilization.Yunnan is an underdeveloped province with frontier, ethnic and mountainous areas as a whole. There are more than 500 state-level poor counties in the whole country, and there are 73 state-level poor counties in Yunnan, accounting for 12.3% of the whole country.Based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 8 national poor counties were selected as the representative of the in-depth study.For the poverty-stricken areas of Yunnan, how to get rid of poverty under the influence of the policy of ecological civilization construction is directly related to the unity and harmony of all nationalities and the long-term stability of the country.It is considered that enterprise behavior is influenced by both external and internal factors, and the external factors are the market pressure brought about by the policy regulation and ecological civilization consciousness construction, and the internal factors are the organizational scale and the attitude of the managers.Eight state-level poor counties were selected as research objects and questionnaires were distributed to enterprises in these counties.Finally, after data processing,The research on how to correctly influence the enterprise behavior in the poverty-stricken minority areas is concluded: 1) the policy regulation of ecological civilization construction has a direct and significant positive impact on the technological progress of enterprises and energy conservation and environmental protection behavior, and has a direct and significant positive impact on the market.Pressure has a direct positive promoting effect on enterprise strategic choice and production decision making behavior. (3) scale and management attitude have certain positive promoting effect on enterprise strategic choice.According to the conclusion, the following suggestions are put forward: (1) in the policy regulation of ecological civilization construction, attention should be paid to the role of the market-oriented policy of ecological civilization, and enterprises should be promoted to adopt positive environmental management strategy and environmental management behavior, which is conducive to energy conservation and emission reduction.At the same time, to promote the construction of ecological civilization, we should pay attention to the characteristics of the leading enterprises in the industry and need these companies to play an exemplary role in the industry.And encourage the related behaviors of energy saving and emission reduction and other related enterprises to promote promotion. (3) because of the difference in the scale of enterprises and industries, it is necessary to implement relatively flexible management and ecological civilization construction policies for different enterprises and industries.
