【摘要】:近年來(lái),重金屬污染土壤修復(fù)治理成為固廢處理中熱門研究課題,土壤固化穩(wěn)定劑的研發(fā)一直為重金屬污染土壤處理前沿領(lǐng)域。有必要針對(duì)一類重金屬污染土壤研制一種可靠有效的土壤固化穩(wěn)定藥劑。研究課題依托固廢資源化利用與節(jié)能建材國(guó)家重點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)室(北京建筑材料科學(xué)研究總院有限公司)開放課題《重金屬污染土壤物化特性和固化機(jī)理研究及其應(yīng)用》,國(guó)家863計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目《有色冶金企業(yè)場(chǎng)地高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)污染土壤的固化穩(wěn)定化工藝技術(shù)研究與示范》(2013AA06A206)等課題。采用工業(yè)廢渣、礦物材料、含磷材料、含硫材料作為原材料,針對(duì)甘肅白銀東大溝污染土土壤,采用水溶液環(huán)境條件下,通過(guò)單因素試驗(yàn)、正交試驗(yàn)篩選固化劑,結(jié)合實(shí)際污染土壤固化檢測(cè)分析,利用SEM、X射線衍射、酸雨模擬、BCR連續(xù)提取試驗(yàn)等試驗(yàn)方法對(duì)土壤固化后進(jìn)行分析。對(duì)固化劑與土壤中重金屬離子的相互作用的機(jī)理進(jìn)行探討和研究,并對(duì)固化劑固化耐久性和生物活性進(jìn)行了檢測(cè)。通過(guò)研究取得以下成果:(1)針對(duì)甘肅白銀東大溝污染土研制出污染土壤固化穩(wěn)定劑C、W。并確定最優(yōu)固化方案,固化劑C最優(yōu)配比為C5,最優(yōu)含水量為30%;固化劑W最優(yōu)配比為W6,最優(yōu)含水量為25%。(2)建立土壤固化穩(wěn)定劑與重金屬離子固化機(jī)理模型。(3)酸雨模擬條件下污染土壤固化劑對(duì)污染土中Pb、Zn、Cd的固化效果均比較好,且該固化劑對(duì)于改善污染土壤活性有一定促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, remediation and treatment of heavy metal contaminated soil has become a hot research topic in solid waste treatment, and the research and development of soil solidification stabilizer has always been the frontier field of heavy metal contaminated soil treatment.It is necessary to develop a reliable and effective soil solidification and stabilization agent for a class of heavy metal contaminated soils.Research on the State key Laboratory of solid waste Utilization and Energy-saving Building Materials (Beijing General Research Institute of Building Materials) Open Project < Research on Physicochemical characteristics and curing Mechanism of heavy Metal contaminated soil and its ApplicationResearch and demonstration of solidification and stabilization technology of high risk contaminated soil in the site of non-ferrous metallurgical enterprise, No. 2013AA06A206).Industrial waste residue, mineral material, phosphorous material and sulfur-containing material were used as raw materials. In view of the contaminated soil of Baiyin Dongdagou in Gansu Province, the curing agent was screened by single factor test and orthogonal test under the condition of aqueous solution.Based on the analysis of the solidification of contaminated soil, the methods of SEMX ray diffraction and acid rain simulation BCR continuous extraction were used to analyze the solidified soil.The mechanism of the interaction between curing agent and heavy metal ions in soil was studied and the curing durability and biological activity of curing agent were tested.In this paper, the following results were obtained: (1) the solidified stabilizer Che W was developed for the polluted soil of Baiyin Dongdagou in Gansu Province.And determine the optimal curing scheme,The optimum ratio of curing agent C is C 5, the optimum water content is 30%, the optimum proportion of curing agent W is W 6, and the optimum water content is 25%.) the model of curing stabilizer and heavy metal ion solidification mechanism is established under the condition of acid rain) the curing agent of contaminated soil is simulated under the condition of acid rain.The solidification effect of Pb ~ (2 +) Zn ~ (2 +) CD in polluted soil is better.And the curing agent can improve the activity of contaminated soil to some extent.
