基于微藻培養(yǎng)的養(yǎng)豬廢水氨氮吹脫預處理

【摘要】:針對養(yǎng)豬廢水中氨氮質(zhì)量濃度過高,會限制微藻生長這一問題,研究3種能源微藻對不同氨氮質(zhì)量濃度養(yǎng)豬廢水的適應性,探討利用吹脫法對養(yǎng)豬廢水中氨氮進行預處理的可行性,考察pH、曝氣量和氨氮初始質(zhì)量濃度對氨氮吹脫效果的影響.結(jié)果表明,當廢水中氨氮質(zhì)量濃度≤130mg/L時,小球藻1068和近具刺鏈帶藻CHX1能夠很好地生長,葡萄藻765在氨氮質(zhì)量濃度為90mg/L的廢水中生長良好.經(jīng)吹脫預處理的養(yǎng)豬廢水可以滿足小球藻、葡萄藻和近具刺鏈帶藻3種微藻生長,且吹脫去除氨氮過程符合一級動力學方程.提高pH和曝氣量有助于提高氨氮吹脫去除效率.在綜合考慮經(jīng)濟投入和氨氮去除效果2個因素后,確定滿足小球藻1068和近具刺鏈帶藻CHX1生長的養(yǎng)豬廢水吹脫預處理工藝參數(shù)如下:曝氣量為1.5L/min、曝氣時間為36h;滿足葡萄藻765生長的養(yǎng)豬廢水吹脫預處理工藝參數(shù)為:曝氣量1.5L/min、曝氣時間為42h,或曝氣量為1.5L/min、曝氣時間42h.
[Abstract]:For ammonia nitrogen in piggery wastewater by high concentration, this problem will limit the growth of microalgae, adaptability of 3 kinds of energy microalgae to different nitrogen concentration of swine wastewater, to investigate the feasibility of stripping method, the pretreatment of ammonia nitrogen in piggery wastewater on pH, aeration rate and initial ammonia concentration on the removal effect of ammonia nitrogen blowing effect. The results show that when the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater is less than 130mg/L, and nearly 1068 acanthomorphic desmid chain CHX1 can be a good growth of Chlorella, botryococcusbraunii 765 in the concentration of ammonia nitrogen wastewater 90mg/L grew well. The swine wastewater stripping pretreatment can meet the algae Chlorella, grape and near acanthomorphic chain desmid 3 microalgae growth and stripping ammonia removal process with a kinetic equation. The increase of pH and aeration is helpful to improve the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen stripping. Considering the economic input and ammonia removal efficiency The 2 factors, determined to meet the Chlorella 1068 and nearly acanthomorphic chain desmid CHX1 growth of swine wastewater stripping pretreatment process parameters are as follows: 1.5L/min of aeration, the aeration time is 36h; meet the 765 growth of swine wastewater botryococcusbraunii stripping pretreatment process parameters: 1.5L /min aeration, the aeration time is 42h or, the aeration was 1.5L/min, aeration time 42h.
