【摘要】：文中基于2013年73個(gè)主要城市的截面數(shù)據(jù),采用因子分析對城市發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行了測量,采用相關(guān)分析探討了城市發(fā)展水平與空氣質(zhì)量的關(guān)系,采用對比分析研究了不同年均降雨量下城市發(fā)展水平與空氣質(zhì)量的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):城市年均降雨極強(qiáng)的城市,不管其城市發(fā)展速度如何,城市空氣質(zhì)量都很好,極少有霧霾天氣出現(xiàn);城市年均降雨強(qiáng)度極低的城市,如果其城市發(fā)展速度較快,那么其空氣質(zhì)量非常不好,霧霾污染特別嚴(yán)重;城市年均降雨強(qiáng)度極低的城市,如果其城市發(fā)展速度不快和那些城市年均降雨強(qiáng)度一般的城市,不管其城市發(fā)展速度如何,城市空氣質(zhì)量的好壞與其高污染產(chǎn)業(yè)密集程度,煤炭使用量的多少、汽車擁有的數(shù)量和強(qiáng)度等因素密切相關(guān)。最后給出了我國應(yīng)該加大城市空氣污染自凈能力研究的力度,科學(xué)劃分出我國主要城市空氣污染自凈能力等級,并根據(jù)城市等級的不同有效控制其發(fā)展速度,規(guī)模,特別是其高污染產(chǎn)業(yè)如何發(fā)展等對策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the cross section data of 73 major cities in 2013, this paper uses factor analysis to measure the level of urban development, and discusses the relationship between urban development level and air quality by correlation analysis.The relationship between urban development level and air quality under different annual rainfall was studied by comparative analysis.The study found that cities with extremely strong annual rainfall, regardless of their urban development speed, urban air quality is very good, very few haze weather, cities with very low annual rainfall intensity cities, if their cities develop faster,Then its air quality is very poor, haze pollution is especially serious; cities with extremely low average annual rainfall intensity, if their cities do not develop rapidly and those cities with average annual rainfall intensity, regardless of the speed of urban development,The quality of urban air quality is closely related to the intensive degree of high pollution industry, the amount of coal used, the quantity and intensity of automobile ownership and so on.Finally, the author points out that our country should strengthen the research on the self-purification ability of urban air pollution, scientifically divide the grade of self-purification ability of air pollution in the main cities of our country, and effectively control its development speed and scale according to the different city grade.In particular, its high-pollution industry how to develop and other countermeasures.
