【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著環(huán)境問(wèn)題和污染事件受到媒體不斷曝光,我國(guó)環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題日益成為人們關(guān)心的話題。嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題,使得民眾對(duì)于環(huán)境保護(hù)的意識(shí)增強(qiáng),對(duì)于環(huán)保要求越來(lái)越迫切,也促使政府出臺(tái)更嚴(yán)厲的環(huán)保政策。國(guó)家的十三五規(guī)劃,也把環(huán)境保護(hù)和環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展作為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)急需提升的重點(diǎn)。黨的"十八大"更是提出"美麗中國(guó)"的概念,把我國(guó)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)與環(huán)境治理聯(lián)系起來(lái),體現(xiàn)了國(guó)家對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù)以及徹底消除環(huán)境危機(jī)的決心和意志。這也為我國(guó)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的政策基礎(chǔ),客觀上也促使我國(guó)環(huán)保市場(chǎng)的需求快速增長(zhǎng)。本文綜合運(yùn)用PEST、波特五力模型和SWOT等分析工具對(duì)A環(huán)保咨詢公司面臨的內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析和研究,并結(jié)合行業(yè)生命周期理論,分析環(huán)保咨詢業(yè)現(xiàn)階段所處的發(fā)展周期特征,進(jìn)而提出A環(huán)保咨詢公司處于行業(yè)成長(zhǎng)期環(huán)境中,如何利用A環(huán)保咨詢公司自身優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),制定出適合A環(huán)保咨詢公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。從A環(huán)保咨詢公司外部環(huán)境和行業(yè)發(fā)展特征看,環(huán)境咨詢業(yè)處于行業(yè)成長(zhǎng)期,結(jié)合成長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略和現(xiàn)代環(huán)保咨詢市場(chǎng)需求。本文認(rèn)為平臺(tái)化戰(zhàn)略更適合A環(huán)保咨詢公司的發(fā)展,通過(guò)充分運(yùn)用公司的資質(zhì)、人才和技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì),以環(huán)保服務(wù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、多元化為手段,對(duì)環(huán)保咨詢技術(shù)與運(yùn)營(yíng)的資源重新整合和分工,構(gòu)建"環(huán)保咨詢平臺(tái)",實(shí)現(xiàn)公司的專業(yè)化和規(guī)模效應(yīng),提升企業(yè)整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with environmental problems and pollution events exposed by the media, environmental pollution in China has increasingly become a topic of concern.The serious environmental pollution problem has made people more aware of environmental protection, more and more urgent requirements for environmental protection, and has also prompted the government to issue more stringent environmental protection policies.In the 13th Five-Year Plan, environmental protection and the development of environmental protection industry are also regarded as the key points of China's economic transformation and upgrading.The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the concept of "beautiful China", which links the construction of ecological civilization with the management of the environment, and embodies the determination and will of the country to protect the environment and eliminate the environmental crisis completely.This also laid a solid policy foundation for the development of environmental protection industry in China, and objectively promoted the rapid growth of the demand of environmental protection market in our country.This paper analyzes and studies the internal and external environment faced by A Environmental Protection Consulting Company by using pest, Porter's five Force Model and SWOT, and analyzes the characteristics of the development cycle of environmental protection consulting industry at the present stage, combining with the theory of industry life cycle.Furthermore, the paper puts forward how to make use of the advantages and disadvantages of A environmental protection consulting company to formulate a development strategy suitable for A environmental protection consulting company, which is in the growing environment of the industry.From the perspective of the external environment and industry development characteristics of A Environmental Protection Consulting Company, the environmental consulting industry is in the growth stage of the industry, combining the growth strategy with the needs of the modern environmental consulting market.This paper holds that the platform strategy is more suitable for the development of A environmental protection consulting company. By making full use of the company's qualifications, talents and technological advantages, and by means of standardization and diversification of environmental protection services,In order to realize the specialization and scale effect of the company, it is necessary to reintegrate and divide the resources of the environmental protection consulting technology and operation, and construct the "environmental protection consulting platform" to enhance the overall competitiveness of the enterprises.
