【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)大部分城市霧霾現(xiàn)象頻發(fā),尤其是2016年12月份,全國(guó)大部分地區(qū)迎來(lái)冬季最嚴(yán)重霧霾,多處城市道路實(shí)行機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)限號(hào),中小學(xué)生停課。針對(duì)日益嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境問(wèn)題,我國(guó)成品油標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不斷升級(jí)。2017年1月1日,國(guó)家全面供應(yīng)符合國(guó)五標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的車(chē)用汽柴油,但低品油退市難的問(wèn)題也日益突出。近年來(lái),運(yùn)城成品油市場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)很多無(wú)證加油站、小油罐車(chē)、油壺等,這些非法加油行為不僅給居民的正常生產(chǎn)生活帶來(lái)了巨大的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),也是擾亂市場(chǎng)正常經(jīng)營(yíng)秩序的“毒瘤”。本片主要探討了“黑加油站”的特點(diǎn)、現(xiàn)狀和屢禁不止的原因,并提出相應(yīng)解決策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the phenomenon of haze occurs frequently in most cities of our country, especially in December 2016, the most serious haze in winter is ushered in in most parts of the country, motor vehicles are restricted in many urban roads, and primary and middle school students are suspended.In view of the increasingly serious environmental problems, the standard of refined oil products in our country is continuously upgraded. On January 1, 2017, the state supplied the gasoline and diesel oil for vehicle use in accordance with the national fifth standard, but the problem of the difficulty of delisting the low grade oil from the market is becoming increasingly prominent.In recent years, there have been many unlicensed gas stations, small tankers, oil tanks and so on in the Yuncheng refined oil market. These illegal refueling activities not only bring huge safety risks to the normal production and life of residents,Is also disrupts the market normal management order "malignant tumor".This film mainly discusses the characteristics, the present situation and the reason of repeated prohibition of Black Gas Station, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
