【摘要】：離岸外包是否改善環(huán)境質(zhì)量是近期外包領(lǐng)域?qū)＜谊P(guān)注的前沿問題。文章利用離岸外包內(nèi)涵碳排放的投入產(chǎn)出量化方法和動態(tài)面板廣義矩估計法,不僅度量了中國近期主要行業(yè)制造業(yè)外包誘發(fā)的碳排放減少水平,而且基于中國13個行業(yè)2000-2013年的面板數(shù)據(jù),綜合分析了離岸外包對碳排放的影響。結(jié)果表明,制造業(yè)外包引致的碳排放水平存在行業(yè)差異,化學(xué)、非金屬和金屬行業(yè)的離岸外包會明顯減少碳排放水平;中國制造業(yè)整體的離岸外包并未轉(zhuǎn)移碳排放,相反增加了環(huán)境負(fù)荷,與之相對,資本品的輸入可通過代替國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)降低碳排放水平;加工品離岸外包對降低碳排放更有效,零配件離岸外包不會有效降低碳排放。本文的研究是關(guān)于以中國為本位的制造業(yè)外包與環(huán)境發(fā)展之間密切關(guān)聯(lián)性的開創(chuàng)性研究。
[Abstract]:Whether offshoring can improve environmental quality is a frontier problem that experts in outsourcing field pay close attention to recently. This paper uses the input-output quantification method of offshore outsourcing connotation carbon emissions and the generalized moment estimation method of dynamic panel. This paper not only measures the level of carbon emission reduction induced by manufacturing outsourcing in China's major industries, but also analyzes the impact of offshore outsourcing on carbon emissions based on panel data of 13 industries in China from 2000 to 2013. There are industry differences in carbon emissions caused by outsourcing in manufacturing industries. Offshoring in chemical, non-metal and metal industries will significantly reduce carbon emissions; offshore outsourcing in China's manufacturing sector as a whole does not shift carbon emissions, but increases the environmental load. In contrast, imports of capital goods can reduce carbon emissions by replacing domestic production; offshoring of processed goods is more effective in reducing carbon emissions. Offshoring of spare parts will not effectively reduce carbon emissions. This paper is a groundbreaking study on the close relationship between manufacturing outsourcing and environmental development based on China.
