兩段式曝氣對(duì)好氧顆粒污泥脫氮性能的影響

【摘要】:基于4個(gè)不同進(jìn)水條件的小試實(shí)驗(yàn)探究,得出所接種好氧顆粒污泥表面異養(yǎng)菌在曝氣初期階段大量消耗碳源,對(duì)于NO-2-N和NO_3~--N的反硝化效率較低.為此,實(shí)驗(yàn)在常溫(20~23℃)條件下,在同一周期內(nèi)先采用低曝氣量曝氣之后再用高曝氣量曝氣的兩段式曝氣方式運(yùn)行好氧顆粒污泥SBR反應(yīng)器,低曝氣量時(shí)長(zhǎng)分別取1、2、3 h這3個(gè)階段分別運(yùn)行,并運(yùn)用掃描電鏡(SEM)和熒光原位雜交技術(shù)(FISH)對(duì)顆粒污泥進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明AGS粒徑增大,反硝化能力提升,NO-2-N的反硝化速率(以LVSS計(jì))在低曝氣時(shí)長(zhǎng)為2 h時(shí)升至最高,達(dá)9.66 mg·(g·h)~(-1).亞硝態(tài)氮積累率不斷升高至77.84%,總氮去除率最高達(dá)70%.顆粒污泥內(nèi)部孔隙增多,且細(xì)菌多以球菌、橢球狀及桿菌為主,氨氧化菌(AOB)占總菌的比例由13.70%升至15.40%.因此,通過(guò)兩段式曝氣過(guò)程實(shí)現(xiàn)了短程同步硝化反硝化過(guò)程并具有較好的脫氮性能.
