江西梅江流域土壤中四環(huán)素類抗生素的含量及空間分布特征

【摘要】:選取養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)的江西梅江流域,利用固相萃取和超高效液相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用法測(cè)定土壤中11種四環(huán)素類(Tetracyclines,TCs)抗生素的污染水平,研究流域范圍內(nèi)土壤中TCs的空間分布特征,分析不同土壤類型及土地利用類型對(duì)土壤中殘留TCs的濃度影響.結(jié)果表明,流域土壤中TCs濃度范圍為0~59.77μg·kg-1,其中土霉素(Oxytetracycline,OTC)的檢出率為100%,且濃度較高,是梅江流域TCs污染的主要組成成分.11種TCs總濃度(∑TCs)的空間分布特征主要表現(xiàn)為流域上游下游,且各子流域土壤中TCs濃度與相應(yīng)的養(yǎng)殖密度并無(wú)顯著關(guān)系.不同土壤類型中∑TCs濃度順序?yàn)榧t壤紫色土水稻土,土地利用類型也是影響其濃度的重要因素,∑TCs濃度在耕地中最大,林地次之,草地相對(duì)較小,其他(城鎮(zhèn)用地等)最小.四環(huán)素(TC)在遷移過(guò)程中的主要降解產(chǎn)物為4-差向脫水四環(huán)素(4-Epianhydrotetracycline,EATC),其環(huán)境毒性及濃度均高于母體,具有較高的潛在生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn).
[Abstract]:Using solid phase extraction (SPE) and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) to determine the contamination level of 11 tetracyclinestimes (TCs) antibiotics, the spatial distribution characteristics of TCs in soil were studied. The effects of different soil types and land use types on the concentration of residual TCs in soil were analyzed.
