【摘要】：昆明是嚴(yán)重缺水的城市之一,城市飲用水生態(tài)安全問(wèn)題事關(guān)昆明長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。本文從經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和生態(tài)三方面,應(yīng)用PSR(壓力—狀態(tài)—響應(yīng))模型構(gòu)建了城市飲用水源區(qū)生態(tài)安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并對(duì)昆明市兩大水庫(kù)—松華壩水庫(kù)和云龍水庫(kù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,得出整體上兩者都處于比較安全狀態(tài)。松華壩水庫(kù)的生態(tài)安全指數(shù)為0.895,已基本接近安全水平,松華壩水庫(kù)準(zhǔn)則層,壓力系統(tǒng)安全指數(shù)為0.816,狀態(tài)系統(tǒng)安全指數(shù)為0.986,響應(yīng)系統(tǒng)安全指數(shù)為0.881,狀態(tài)系統(tǒng)屬于安全狀態(tài),壓力系統(tǒng)和響應(yīng)系統(tǒng)均屬于較安全狀態(tài);云龍水庫(kù)生態(tài)安全指數(shù)是0.826,云龍水庫(kù)準(zhǔn)則層,壓力系統(tǒng)安全指數(shù)為0.937,狀態(tài)系統(tǒng)安全指數(shù)為0.897,響應(yīng)系統(tǒng)安全指數(shù)為0.645,壓力系統(tǒng)屬于安全狀態(tài),狀態(tài)系統(tǒng)均屬于較安全狀態(tài),響應(yīng)系統(tǒng)屬于較不安全狀態(tài),說(shuō)明云龍水庫(kù)的生態(tài)壓力較小,但保護(hù)措施力度較弱,生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)程度需要進(jìn)一步提升。
[Abstract]:Kunming is one of the cities with serious water shortage. The ecological safety of drinking water in the city is related to the long-term development of Kunming. Based on the PSR-model, the ecological safety evaluation index system of urban drinking water source area is constructed, and the empirical analysis of two major reservoirs in Kunming, Songhuaba Reservoir and Yunlong Reservoir, is carried out. It is concluded that both of them are in a relatively safe state. The ecological safety index of Songhuaba Reservoir is 0.895, which is close to the safety level. The safety index of the pressure system is 0.816, the safety index of the state system is 0.986, and the safety index of the response system is 0.881.The state system belongs to the safe state, and the pressure system and the response system belong to the safer state. The ecological safety index of Yunlong reservoir is 0.826, the criterion layer of Yunlong reservoir is 0.937, the safety index of state system is 0.897, the safety index of response system is 0.645, the pressure system belongs to safe state, and the state system belongs to safe state. The response system is unsafe, which indicates that the ecological pressure of Yunlong reservoir is low, but the protection measures are weak, and the degree of ecological environment protection needs to be further improved.
