【摘要】：探討了我國上市化工企業(yè)環(huán)境信息披露的影響因素,采用Hausman檢驗選擇固定效應(yīng)模型進行實證分析,得出影響環(huán)境信息披露水平的多元線性回歸模型。結(jié)果表明:企業(yè)營運能力與環(huán)境信息披露水平顯著負(fù)相關(guān);地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平與環(huán)境信息披露水平顯著正相關(guān);企業(yè)環(huán)境信息披露載體、企業(yè)環(huán)保培訓(xùn)績效是環(huán)境信息披露的影響因素,開展環(huán)保相關(guān)培訓(xùn)的上市化工企業(yè)環(huán)境信息披露水平高于未開展培訓(xùn)的,企業(yè)年報環(huán)境信息披露的水平明顯低于社會責(zé)任報告;企業(yè)規(guī)模、政府環(huán)保投入和社會監(jiān)督水平未通過顯著性檢驗。據(jù)此,提出了相應(yīng)的完善我國上市企業(yè)環(huán)境信息披露的建議。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the influencing factors of environmental information disclosure of listed chemical enterprises in China, and adopts Hausman test to select fixed effect model for empirical analysis. The results show that the operating ability of enterprises is negatively correlated with the level of environmental information disclosure, the level of regional economic development is significantly positively correlated with the level of environmental information disclosure, and the level of environmental information disclosure is negatively correlated with the level of environmental information disclosure. Enterprise environmental information disclosure carrier, enterprise environmental protection training performance is the impact factor of environmental information disclosure, environmental protection related training of listed chemical enterprises environmental information disclosure level is higher than that without training, The level of environmental information disclosure in enterprise annual report is obviously lower than that in social responsibility report, and the scale of enterprise, the level of government investment in environmental protection and the level of social supervision have not passed the significant test. Put forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the environmental information disclosure of listed enterprises in China.
