鎘和酸雨對(duì)苦楝幼苗細(xì)胞膜透性及滲透調(diào)節(jié)物質(zhì)含量的影響

【摘要】:采用盆栽法研究了3個(gè)梯度模擬酸雨(p H=5.6、4.5、3.5)和不同劑量Cd2+(0、30、60、90、120、150、180 mg·kg~(-1))單一及復(fù)合處理,對(duì)苦楝(Melia azedarach L.)幼苗生長(zhǎng)、質(zhì)膜透性和主要滲透調(diào)節(jié)物質(zhì)含量的影響.結(jié)果表明,p H=4.5和30 mg·kg~(-1)Cd2+復(fù)合處理對(duì)苦楝生物量的積累和幼苗的生長(zhǎng)具有一定促進(jìn)作用;p H=4.5和低劑量Cd2+(≤60 mg·kg~(-1))單一及復(fù)合處理下,株高和干重變化不顯著(p0.05),葉色、葉綠素含量、相對(duì)電導(dǎo)率和丙二醛含量也無(wú)明顯變化;而強(qiáng)酸雨(p H=3.5)和高劑量Cd2+(≥90 mg·kg~(-1))處理下,葉片發(fā)黃卷曲,葉綠素含量下降,相對(duì)電導(dǎo)率和丙二醛含量增大,且酸雨和Cd2+復(fù)合處理較單一酸雨和單一Cd2+處理毒害作用更明顯,表現(xiàn)為復(fù)合疊加效應(yīng);隨酸雨強(qiáng)度和Cd2+劑量的增加,可溶性糖含量下降,可溶性蛋白和游離脯氨酸含量先升后降,二者峰值均出現(xiàn)在p H=4.5和60 mg·kg~(-1)Cd2+處理,且Cd2+劑量≤120 mg·kg~(-1)時(shí),各酸雨梯度下可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量均高于CK.綜上認(rèn)為,在Cd2+劑量≤60 mg·kg~(-1)、酸雨p H≥4.5的區(qū)域,苦楝可以正常生長(zhǎng)且保持較大生物量,可將其作為Cd污染典型酸雨區(qū)的綠化和修復(fù)樹種.
[Abstract]:The seedling growth of Melia azedarach L. (Melia azedarach L.) was studied by pot culture with three single and compound treatments of three gradient simulated acid rain of 5.64.5c3.5) and different dosages of Cd2 at a dose of 150mg 路kg ~ (-1) and 150mg 路kg ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1). The effects of plasma membrane permeability and the contents of major osmotic regulatory substances on plasma membrane permeability and the contents of major osmotic regulators were studied.
