不同生物質(zhì)炭對(duì)酸雨及氧化性沉降下花生生長(zhǎng)及累積砷鎘的影響

【摘要】:通過(guò)溫室盆栽試驗(yàn),研究了普通生物質(zhì)炭和鐵基生物質(zhì)炭對(duì)酸雨及氧化性沉降下不同生育期花生生長(zhǎng)及累積砷、鎘(As、Cd)的影響.結(jié)果表明,酸雨及50μmol·L-1H2O2沉降處理對(duì)處于花期及成熟期中花生的生物量、根瘤數(shù)和瘤干重的影響不顯著(p0.05),但卻顯著增加了花生籽粒中Cd的含量和花生殼中As的含量(p0.05).其中,鐵基生物質(zhì)炭可顯著降低酸雨及氧化性沉降下花生地上部、根部、籽粒、殼中累積As、Cd含量(p0.05),且作用效果明顯強(qiáng)于普通生物質(zhì)炭.由此可知,酸雨及氧化性沉降增加了花生對(duì)土壤重金屬As、Cd的富集,而施加鐵基生物質(zhì)炭可有效降低作物的As、Cd累積,為有效防控酸雨及氧化性沉降區(qū)域的花生砷、鎘重金屬污染具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義.
[Abstract]:The effects of common biomass carbon and iron based biomass carbon on the growth and accumulation of arsenic and cadmium in peanut at different growth stages under acid rain and oxidizing deposition were studied by pot experiment in greenhouse. The effects of acid rain and 50 渭 mol 路L -1 H _ 2O _ 2 deposition on peanut biomass, root nodule number and nodular dry weight were not significant (p 0.05), but significantly increased CD content in peanut grain and as content in peanut shell. Iron based biomass carbon can significantly reduce the accumulation of As-CD in the aboveground, root, grain and shell of peanut under acid rain and oxidizing deposition, and the effect is obviously stronger than that of common biomass carbon. Acid rain and oxidizing deposition increased the enrichment of soil heavy metal As-CD in peanut, while the application of iron based biomass and carbon could effectively reduce the accumulation of As-CD in crops, which was an effective way to control the arsenic of peanut in acid rain and oxidizing deposition area. Cadmium heavy metal pollution has important practical significance.
