長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)大氣污染溢出網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征及影響因素

【摘要】:長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)作為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)區(qū)域之一,其發(fā)展模式與管理手段始終是國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題。然而該區(qū)域在經(jīng)濟(jì)效益增長(zhǎng)的同時(shí),伴生的生態(tài)環(huán)境問題卻不容小覷。本文從社會(huì)科學(xué)視角出發(fā),基于社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法將長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)16個(gè)城市視為一個(gè)封閉網(wǎng)絡(luò),通過文獻(xiàn)梳理說明了區(qū)域間污染溢出現(xiàn)象的客觀存在。通過構(gòu)建改進(jìn)的引力模型,運(yùn)用UCINET6.0軟件測(cè)算與評(píng)估長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)污染溢出網(wǎng)絡(luò)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)密度、網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性以及塊模型等指標(biāo)。通過QAP回歸分析方法,探究長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)污染溢出網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成的影響因素,為該區(qū)域制定節(jié)能減排政策以及完善聯(lián)防聯(lián)控機(jī)制提供政策建議。研究結(jié)論表明:(1)我國(guó)大氣污染密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)主要有8個(gè)行業(yè)。2006-2014年,長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)大氣污染密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)總產(chǎn)值占比有所下降,大氣污染排放量有所減少。(2)我國(guó)長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)污染溢出特征較為顯著,2006-2014年,長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)各城市間大氣污染密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)所造成的污染溢出現(xiàn)象并沒有隨著該區(qū)域的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展增速而加劇。(3)長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)大氣污染溢出網(wǎng)絡(luò)可以劃分為4個(gè)板塊,包括“經(jīng)紀(jì)人模塊”、“凈受益模塊”、“凈溢出模塊”和“雙向溢出模塊”,各板塊的劃分與地理結(jié)構(gòu)特征相似且不同模塊的功能屬性有所不同。(4)長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)城市間的污染溢出更容易發(fā)生在空間距離鄰近、能耗強(qiáng)度差異較小、工業(yè)化的水平差異較大以及投資開放度的差異較大的城市之間。
[Abstract]:As one of the key regions in China's economic development, the development mode and management means of the Yangtze River Delta region have always been a hot issue of domestic concern. However, while the economic benefits of the region are increasing, The accompanying ecological environment problem should not be underestimated. Based on the social network analysis method, this paper regards 16 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region as a closed network. The objective existence of inter-regional pollution spillover phenomenon is explained by combing the literature. By constructing an improved gravity model, the network density of pollution spillover network in Yangtze River Delta region is calculated and evaluated by using UCINET6.0 software. By means of QAP regression analysis, the factors influencing the formation of pollution spillover network in Yangtze River Delta region are explored. It provides policy advice for the region to formulate energy-saving and emission reduction policies and to improve the joint control mechanism. The conclusion of the study shows that there are mainly eight industries in China's air pollution intensive industries from 2006 to 2014. In the Yangtze River Delta region, the proportion of the total value of air pollution intensive industries has decreased, and the amount of air pollution emission has decreased. 2) the characteristics of pollution spillover in the Yangtze River Delta region are obvious in 2006-2014. The pollution spillover caused by air pollution intensive industries among cities in the Yangtze River Delta region has not been aggravated with the growth of social and economic development in the region.) the atmospheric pollution spillover network in the Yangtze River Delta region can be divided into four plates. Including "broker module", "net benefit module", "net overflow module" and "two-way overflow module", the division of each block is similar to the geographical structure characteristics and the functional attributes of different modules are different. Dye spillovers are more likely to occur in the proximity of space, The difference of energy consumption intensity is small, the level of industrialization is different, and the difference of investment openness is great among the cities.
