太湖流域水環(huán)境承載力評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:構(gòu)建"驅(qū)動(dòng)力D(人口、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展)-壓力P(水資源問題與污染排放)-狀態(tài)S(水質(zhì)變化)-影響I(自然生態(tài)、水土資源)-響應(yīng)R(污水處理、用水普及)-管理M(綠化、投資)"(DPSIRM)評(píng)價(jià)模型,并從社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、水資源、水質(zhì)狀態(tài)、投資管理等方面選取指標(biāo),建立具有3層結(jié)構(gòu)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系.引入變異系數(shù)法進(jìn)行各指標(biāo)權(quán)重賦值,計(jì)算太湖流域2005~2014年的水環(huán)境承載力評(píng)價(jià)指數(shù),獲得相應(yīng)評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí).結(jié)果表明:太湖流域水環(huán)境承載力有明顯好轉(zhuǎn),評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí)從2005年的Ⅲ級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)?014年的Ⅱ級(jí).壓力指標(biāo)所起作用最為顯著,狀態(tài)指標(biāo)緊隨其后,其次是驅(qū)動(dòng)力指標(biāo)、影響指標(biāo)和響應(yīng)指標(biāo),管理指標(biāo)作用相對(duì)較小.10年間,驅(qū)動(dòng)力子系統(tǒng)指數(shù)明顯呈上升趨勢,影響和管理子系統(tǒng)的指數(shù)出現(xiàn)波動(dòng),壓力、狀態(tài)和響應(yīng)子系統(tǒng)的指數(shù)均隨年份增長而呈上升趨勢,壓力子系統(tǒng)指數(shù)上升幅度最大,表明2005~2014年太湖流域水環(huán)境對(duì)工農(nóng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的承載能力在增強(qiáng).對(duì)水環(huán)境承載力影響程度最大的指標(biāo)中,萬元GDP水耗和單位工業(yè)產(chǎn)值廢水排放量都屬于壓力子系統(tǒng)指標(biāo),表明壓力子系統(tǒng)指標(biāo)所起作用最為顯著.研究表明,構(gòu)建的太湖流域水環(huán)境承載力評(píng)價(jià)的DPSIRM模型具有實(shí)用性和可行性,可以為區(qū)域水環(huán)境規(guī)劃與綜合管理的科學(xué)決策提供依據(jù).
[Abstract]:Construct "driving force D (population, social and economic development)-pressure (water resources problem and pollution discharge)-state S (water quality change-impact I (natural ecology, soil and water resources) response R (sewage treatment, water use popularization-management M (greening)," Investment) (DPSIRM) evaluation model, and from the aspects of social economy, water resources, water quality, investment management and so on, the evaluation index system with three layers structure is established, and the coefficient of variation method is introduced to assign the weight of each index. The evaluation index of water environment carrying capacity of Taihu Lake basin from 2005 to 2014 was calculated and the corresponding evaluation grade was obtained.
