本溪市城鎮(zhèn)化與水生態(tài)環(huán)境響應(yīng)及協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展迅速,同時(shí)資源的消耗和污染物質(zhì)不斷排放到周圍的環(huán)境中,引發(fā)了一系列的生態(tài)環(huán)境問(wèn)題。我國(guó)對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)不斷重視,在國(guó)家號(hào)召振興東北老工業(yè)基地以及各項(xiàng)方針政策的指引下,研究本溪市城鎮(zhèn)化與水生態(tài)環(huán)境的響應(yīng)及協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展關(guān)系,并實(shí)現(xiàn)兩者的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,是一個(gè)有實(shí)際意義的課題。在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外城市化與水生態(tài)環(huán)境相互關(guān)系研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化指標(biāo)和水生態(tài)環(huán)境指標(biāo)進(jìn)行選取并構(gòu)建兩者響應(yīng)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并對(duì)2000~2014年中兩者的響應(yīng)關(guān)系及協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展進(jìn)行定性的分析,主要結(jié)論如下:1、從人口、空間、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)4個(gè)方面選取10個(gè)指標(biāo),對(duì)本溪市的城鎮(zhèn)化水平進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng),結(jié)果顯示本溪市的城鎮(zhèn)化水平已經(jīng)進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展的階段。2、依據(jù)P-S-R模型建立水生態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,分別從水生態(tài)環(huán)境壓力、狀態(tài)、響應(yīng)三個(gè)方面選取10個(gè)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng),結(jié)果顯示本溪市的水生態(tài)壓力、狀態(tài)、響應(yīng)指數(shù)呈現(xiàn)各自的特點(diǎn),水生態(tài)綜合指數(shù)、水生態(tài)壓力指數(shù)、水生態(tài)狀態(tài)指數(shù)總體呈“U”型曲線,表明本溪市的水生態(tài)狀況總體上有一個(gè)先變壞再變好的趨勢(shì),而水生態(tài)響應(yīng)指標(biāo)呈現(xiàn)總體上升的趨勢(shì),這體現(xiàn)了本溪市對(duì)環(huán)保的投入力度。3、通過(guò)建立本溪市城鎮(zhèn)化與水生態(tài)環(huán)境的響應(yīng)關(guān)系發(fā)現(xiàn):依據(jù)發(fā)展特點(diǎn),兩者響應(yīng)關(guān)系可以分為兩個(gè)階段,2000~2008年和2009~2014年,并且城鎮(zhèn)化與水生態(tài)環(huán)境及其分量的響應(yīng)關(guān)系呈現(xiàn)各自不同的響應(yīng)函數(shù),這表明“U”型曲線在實(shí)際例中的不同表現(xiàn)形式。4、通過(guò)建立本溪市城鎮(zhèn)化與水生態(tài)環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展模型發(fā)現(xiàn):本溪市經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)由城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展滯后向水生態(tài)環(huán)境滯后發(fā)展的過(guò)程,其發(fā)展協(xié)調(diào)等級(jí)由勉強(qiáng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展為良好協(xié)調(diào)狀態(tài)。5、依據(jù)本溪市城鎮(zhèn)化與水生態(tài)環(huán)境的測(cè)評(píng)、響應(yīng)及協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展關(guān)系研究,對(duì)本溪市的發(fā)展提出對(duì)策,即:本溪市應(yīng)持續(xù)加強(qiáng)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的速度和質(zhì)量,同時(shí)要注重水生態(tài)環(huán)境的保護(hù),做到城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展與水生態(tài)保護(hù)兼顧。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization in China, the consumption of resources and the discharge of pollutants into the surrounding environment have caused a series of ecological and environmental problems. Under the guidance of the national call to revitalize the old industrial base in Northeast China and various policies, the paper studies the response and coordinated development of urbanization and water ecological environment in Benxi, and realizes the coordinated development of the two. On the basis of summarizing the relationship between urbanization and water ecological environment at home and abroad, the indexes of urbanization and water ecological environment are selected and the evaluation index system of their response is constructed. The qualitative analysis of the response relationship and coordinated development of the two from 2000 to 2014 shows that the main conclusions are as follows: 1, 10 indicators are selected from four aspects of population, space, economy and society, and the urbanization level of Benxi is evaluated. The results show that the urbanization level of Benxi City has entered the stage of rapid development. According to the P-S-R model, the evaluation index system of water ecology is established, and 10 indexes are selected from three aspects of water ecological environment pressure, state and response. The results showed that the water ecological pressure, state and response index of Benxi showed their own characteristics. The comprehensive index of water ecology, the index of water ecological pressure and the index of water ecological state showed a "U" curve in general. The results show that there is a trend that the water ecological status in Benxi City has a trend of first bad and then better, while the response index of water ecology has an overall upward trend. By establishing the response relationship between urbanization and water ecological environment in Benxi City, the response relationship can be divided into two stages: from 2000 to 2008 and from 2009 to 2014, according to the characteristics of development, the response relationship between them can be divided into two stages. And the response relationship between urbanization and water ecological environment and its components presents different response functions. This indicates that "U" curve has different forms of expression in practice. By establishing the coordinated development model of urbanization and water ecological environment in Benxi City, it is found that Benxi City has experienced a process from urbanization lagging behind to water ecological environment lagging. According to the evaluation, response and coordinated development relationship of urbanization and water ecological environment in Benxi City, the countermeasures are put forward for the development of Benxi City. That is, Benxi should continuously strengthen the speed and quality of urbanization construction, pay attention to the protection of water ecological environment, and achieve both urbanization development and water ecological protection.
