亞氯酸鈉溶液煙氣脫硝與煙氣余熱回收的一體化試驗

【摘要】:鍋爐煙氣中的NOx是大氣污染的重要原因之一.針對燃氣鍋爐NOx超低排放的要求以及煙氣中大量余熱被浪費的現(xiàn)狀,提出了煙氣脫硝與余熱回收一體化的新方法,通過搭建一體化試驗臺,分析在煙氣余熱回收的條件下,c[Na Cl O_2(亞氯酸鈉)]、液氣比、噴淋水溫度等因素對脫硝效率以及煙氣余熱回收效率的影響.煙氣脫硝與余熱回收一體化的新方法主要體現(xiàn)在逆流式煙氣噴淋塔中,可利用Na Cl O_2溶液對低φ(NOx)的煙氣脫硝并同時回收煙氣余熱.試驗結(jié)果表明,c(Na Cl O_2)越高、pH越低、液氣比越大,Na Cl O_2溶液脫硝率越高.當c(Na Cl O_2)為0.020 0 mol/L、噴淋水溫度在30~80℃之間變化時,存在最優(yōu)的噴淋水溫度64℃,使脫硝率最高為36%.同時,液氣比及噴淋水溫度對余熱回收效果影響顯著,液氣比越大、噴淋水溫度越低,余熱回收效果越好.試驗結(jié)果還顯示了當煙氣溫度為83℃、噴淋水溫度為48℃、c(Na Cl O_2)為0.015 0~0.020 0 mol/L、液氣比為13.8 L/m3時,煙氣脫硝效率約為40%,同時回收了26.4 k W的煙氣余熱.研究顯示,在逆流式煙氣噴淋塔中,利用Na Cl O_2溶液進行煙氣脫硝并同時回收煙氣余熱的一體化方法是可行的,可應用于工程實踐.
[Abstract]:NOx in flue gas of boiler is one of the important causes of air pollution. In view of the requirement of ultra-low emission of NOx from gas boiler and the waste of a large amount of waste heat in flue gas, a new method of integrating flue gas denitrification and waste heat recovery is put forward. By setting up an integrated test rig, the ratio of liquid to gas is analyzed under the condition of recovering the waste heat from flue gas, [NaCl O _ 2 (sodium chlorite)]. The effect of spray water temperature on denitrification efficiency and flue gas waste heat recovery efficiency. The new method of integration of flue gas denitrification and waste heat recovery is mainly reflected in countercurrent flue gas spray tower. The flue gas denitrification of low 蠁 no _ x can be treated by using NaCl O _ 2 solution and the waste heat of flue gas can be recovered at the same time. The experimental results show that the higher the pH is, the lower the pH is. The higher the ratio of liquid to gas is, the higher the denitrification rate of NaClO-2 solution is.
