【摘要】：本文以高端物流服務(wù)集成商與庫(kù)存配送服務(wù)商為研究對(duì)象,以集成商的供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)成本最小、服務(wù)商的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本最小且準(zhǔn)時(shí)制供應(yīng)為目標(biāo),深入研究考慮碳限額、碳交易機(jī)制以及殘次品處理的多供應(yīng)商選擇多產(chǎn)品多階段庫(kù)存配送問(wèn)題,構(gòu)建了基于動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃的雙層庫(kù)存配送模型。利用雙層全局——局部——鄰域粒子群算法(Bi-GLNPSO)設(shè)計(jì)了模型求解方案,并通過(guò)算例驗(yàn)證了模型和算法的有效性和合理性。探討了碳限額和碳交易機(jī)制對(duì)總成本和庫(kù)存配送決策的影響。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the high-end logistics service integrator and inventory distribution service provider as the research object, takes the supply chain network cost of the integrator as the minimum, the service provider's operation cost minimum and the punctual supply as the goal, deeply studies and considers the carbon quota. Carbon trading mechanism and the problem of multi-supplier selection and multi-stage inventory distribution of residual and defective products, A two-layer inventory distribution model based on dynamic programming is constructed, and a solution scheme is designed by using two-level global local-neighborhood particle swarm optimization algorithm (Bi-GLNPSO). The validity and rationality of the model and algorithm are verified by an example, and the influence of carbon quota and carbon trading mechanism on total cost and inventory distribution decision is discussed.
