【摘要】：從2008年皮克斯的動畫片《機(jī)器人瓦力》里令人震驚的垃圾地球,到2013年攝影師王久良拍攝的紀(jì)錄片《垃圾圍城》,再到2016年末國內(nèi)各大電影公眾號推薦的《塑料王國》。相信每個看過這些影片的的人,都會被片中出現(xiàn)的壯觀的垃圾山所震撼。20世紀(jì)以來,我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展極為迅速、人民生活水平不斷提高,而由此帶來的生活垃圾問題也更加顯著。近二十年來,工業(yè)化和城市化帶給人民生活水平提高的同時,與日俱增的城市生活垃圾,使中國成為世界上被垃圾困擾最嚴(yán)重的國家之一。本文以行為與認(rèn)知的設(shè)計理論為基礎(chǔ),通過對全國范圍內(nèi)的十五所高校現(xiàn)行垃圾桶擺放情況,進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研。重點(diǎn)研究用戶的行為模式、使用感受,并對現(xiàn)有的垃圾桶產(chǎn)品及垃圾分類操作狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)研。分析在高校環(huán)境內(nèi)垃圾桶的外觀、分類模式、使用模式并對高校垃圾分類系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行具體梳理設(shè)計研究:基于用戶行為的高校生活垃圾分類系統(tǒng)設(shè)計研究,本文中通過四個章節(jié)展開:第一章主要介紹有關(guān)垃圾分類系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的研究背景意義、國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀、以及本次課題研究的思路、方式、擬解決的關(guān)鍵問題,創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等。第二章,是基于丟棄行為的人、行為、環(huán)境分析。通過分析人丟棄動作發(fā)生的環(huán)境、心理、行為態(tài)度,探討如何科學(xué)設(shè)計垃圾分類硬件設(shè)施幫助人們提高分類行為意識。第三章是本文的調(diào)研內(nèi)容,基于垃圾分類行為及垃圾分類模式的用戶研究。通過對15所高校的實(shí)地調(diào)研,以及問卷調(diào)研,對當(dāng)下高校學(xué)生的垃圾分類意識進(jìn)行。從用戶行為的角度,以親身實(shí)驗(yàn)、用戶訪談、人機(jī)測算的調(diào)研方式對用戶群體、用戶行為、用戶習(xí)慣等方面進(jìn)行研究,分析不同分類模式利弊,得出有益于高校垃圾分類系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計思路。第四章通過把第二章的理論知識和第三章的調(diào)研分析結(jié)論相結(jié)合,對西南交通大學(xué)犀浦校區(qū)進(jìn)行生活垃圾分類系統(tǒng)的具體設(shè)計。本章首先,對西南交通大學(xué)現(xiàn)有的垃圾收運(yùn)模式及垃圾桶產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行調(diào)研。結(jié)合市場現(xiàn)有的垃圾桶產(chǎn)品的色彩、尺寸材質(zhì)調(diào)查,以及前一章節(jié)對人機(jī)尺寸的核算,對分類垃圾系統(tǒng)設(shè)計進(jìn)行定位。根據(jù)定位,在行為認(rèn)知理論的知道下,展開西南交通大學(xué)垃圾分類系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。包括學(xué)校不同功能區(qū)域內(nèi)分類垃圾桶的設(shè)置;基于學(xué)生的獎勵機(jī)制分類垃圾收集設(shè)計;垃圾分類收集袋,垃圾分類桶使用說明冊的設(shè)計。

I believe everyone who has seen these films has ever seen them. Since the 20th century, our country's social and economic development has been extremely rapid, people's living standards have been constantly improving, and the resulting domestic waste problem has become even more significant. In the last two decades, At the same time, industrialization and urbanization bring about the improvement of people's living standard, and the increasing amount of urban domestic waste makes China one of the most seriously troubled countries in the world. This paper is based on the design theory of behavior and cognition. Through the present situation of garbage bin placement in 15 colleges and universities across the country, the field investigation is carried out. The emphasis is on the user's behavior patterns and usage feelings. As well as the questionnaire investigation, carries on the research to the current university student's garbage classification consciousness. From the user behavior angle, carries on the research to the user group, the user behavior, the user habit and so on with the personal experiment, the user interview, the man-machine measurement investigation method. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different classification models, the author draws the design ideas beneficial to the classification system of garbage in colleges and universities. Chapter 4th combines the theoretical knowledge of chapter two with the conclusion of investigation and analysis in chapter three. This chapter firstly investigates the existing garbage collection and transportation mode and garbage bin products of Southwest Jiaotong University, and combines the color of the existing garbage bin products in the market.
