【摘要】：針對剩余污泥中有機(jī)能源利用率低的問題,研究了水熱預(yù)處理對剩余污泥有機(jī)物釋放及污泥厭氧消化過程中累積產(chǎn)氣量的影響。結(jié)果表明:水熱處理是一種有效的污泥預(yù)處理方法,當(dāng)水熱溫度為200℃、水熱時(shí)間為1 h時(shí),污泥減量度達(dá)76.56%,污泥SCOD為原泥的34倍,大大減少了污泥固相有機(jī)物含量。經(jīng)水熱處理后,污泥厭氧消化最大產(chǎn)氣量為2 950 m L,較原泥提高了69%;厭氧消化后,水熱預(yù)處理污泥SCOD減少量為原泥的30倍。
