【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)與傳統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)管理相比,具有規(guī)模海量、類型多樣和流轉(zhuǎn)迅速等特點(diǎn),能夠更好地幫助政府及相關(guān)部門做好空氣環(huán)境質(zhì)量管理。面對當(dāng)今空氣污染的嚴(yán)重態(tài)勢,應(yīng)基于空氣環(huán)境信息管理的特點(diǎn)、問題以及大數(shù)據(jù)的相關(guān)含義、特征和技術(shù),結(jié)合云計(jì)算等新型技術(shù),構(gòu)建空氣污染治理大數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái),集成與整合各類空氣環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)資源共享和業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同。同時(shí),利用大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)結(jié)合各種專業(yè)模型,對現(xiàn)有空氣環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)資源進(jìn)行深度挖掘,形成空氣污染治理有效機(jī)制,最終為政府決策提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Compared with traditional data management, big data has the characteristics of massive scale, diverse types and rapid circulation, which can better help the government and relevant departments to do a good job of air quality management. Based on the characteristics and problems of air environment information management, as well as the relevant meanings, characteristics and technologies of big data, and combined with new technologies, such as cloud computing, we should build an air pollution and environmental information platform, and integrate and integrate all kinds of air environmental data. To realize data resource sharing and business cooperation. At the same time, using big data technology combined with various professional models, the existing air environment data resources are deeply mined to form an effective air pollution control mechanism. Finally, it provides scientific basis for government decision-making.
