基于Mie散射的水體紫外-可見(jiàn)光譜濁度干擾補(bǔ)償

【摘要】:紫外-可見(jiàn)光譜法水質(zhì)檢測(cè)中,檢測(cè)設(shè)備面對(duì)多樣性的地表水體容易受到懸浮顆粒物引起的濁度干擾,導(dǎo)致譜線整體非線性抬升,測(cè)量精度顯著下降。研究了一種基于Mie散射理論的紫外-可見(jiàn)水質(zhì)光譜濁度干擾補(bǔ)償算法,借以提高可溶有機(jī)物含量的檢測(cè)精度。通過(guò)截取水樣本紫外-可見(jiàn)光譜中主要由顆粒物散射引起的450~1100nm段光譜,采用基于Mie散射理論的光全散射顆粒物粒徑分析法,重建了水樣本所含顆粒物的粒徑分布。利用粒徑分布的二次反演,估計(jì)了220~450nm可溶有機(jī)污染特征光譜段中由顆粒物引起的消光值,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)濁度干擾的精確補(bǔ)償。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該算法對(duì)不同地表水樣本均表現(xiàn)出了良好的濁度補(bǔ)償效果,化學(xué)需氧量解算精度得到較大提高。且補(bǔ)償算法無(wú)需大量實(shí)驗(yàn)獲取先驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),可提高紫外-可見(jiàn)光譜法水體可溶有機(jī)物檢測(cè)的準(zhǔn)確性和檢測(cè)部署的靈活性與適應(yīng)性,具備實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In the detection of water quality by UV-Vis spectroscopy, the detection equipment is vulnerable to the turbidity interference caused by suspended particulates in the face of the diversity of surface water bodies, which leads to the overall nonlinear uplift of the spectral lines. The accuracy of measurement is obviously decreased. Based on the theory of Mie scattering, a compensation algorithm for the turbidity interference of UV-Vis water quality spectrum is studied. In order to improve the detection accuracy of soluble organic matter content, the particle size analysis method based on Mie scattering theory was used to analyze the UV visible spectrum of water samples, which was mainly caused by the scattering of particles at 450 ~ 1100nm. The particle size distribution of the water sample was reconstructed. By using the quadratic inversion of the particle size distribution, the extinction value caused by the particles in the characteristic spectrum of 220 ~ 450nm soluble organic pollution was estimated, and the accurate compensation for the turbidity interference was realized. The algorithm has a good turbidity compensation effect on different surface water samples, and the precision of calculating chemical oxygen demand is greatly improved, and the compensation algorithm does not need a large number of experiments to obtain prior data. It can improve the accuracy, flexibility and adaptability of detection of soluble organic matter in water body by UV-Vis spectrometric method, and has practical value.
