【摘要】：本文將企業(yè)低碳行為區(qū)分為象征性與實質(zhì)性兩類,并從企業(yè)家和企業(yè)特征兩個角度探討了企業(yè)低碳行為的內(nèi)部影響因素。對233家企業(yè)的問卷調(diào)查結(jié)果表明,企業(yè)家特征與企業(yè)特征兩組變量共同影響企業(yè)低碳行為且存在一定的交互作用。此外,企業(yè)家特征更多地影響象征性低碳行為而企業(yè)特征則更多地影響實質(zhì)性低碳行為。本研究的發(fā)現(xiàn)揭示了區(qū)分兩類低碳行為的理論意義,也為促進企業(yè)低碳發(fā)展提供了重要的政策啟示。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the low carbon behavior of enterprises is divided into symbolic and substantial categories, and the internal influencing factors of low carbon behavior are discussed from the perspectives of entrepreneur and enterprise characteristics. The results of a questionnaire survey on 233 enterprises show that, Two groups of variables, entrepreneur characteristics and enterprise characteristics, affect the low-carbon behavior of enterprises and have some interaction. Entrepreneurial characteristics have more influence on symbolic low-carbon behaviors than firm characteristics on substantive low-carbon behaviors. The findings of this study reveal the theoretical significance of distinguishing two types of low-carbon behaviors. Also for promoting the development of low-carbon enterprises to provide an important policy inspiration.
