高錳酸鉀預(yù)氧化對(duì)藻活性和胞內(nèi)外有機(jī)物的影響

【摘要】:以實(shí)驗(yàn)室純培養(yǎng)的銅綠微囊藻為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)不同生長(zhǎng)期藻的特性,采用高錳酸鉀預(yù)氧化劑,研究投加量對(duì)銅綠微囊藻胞內(nèi)、外有機(jī)物DOC濃度的影響;高錳酸鉀氧化后銅綠微囊藻細(xì)胞及其活性的變化;預(yù)氧化對(duì)以聚合氯化鋁(PAC)作為混凝劑的混凝工藝去除不同生長(zhǎng)期銅綠微囊藻的影響.結(jié)果表明.低濃度的高錳酸鉀對(duì)藻細(xì)胞光合作用有一定的抑制作用,高濃度(≥10mg/L)的高錳酸鉀預(yù)氧化會(huì)使藻細(xì)胞失活并釋放大量胞內(nèi)有機(jī)物.當(dāng)高錳酸鉀投加量為2mg/L時(shí),投加30mg/L PAC,第9d、21d、28d、36d培養(yǎng)期的藻去除率分別為81%、99%、58%、35%;在不同高錳酸鉀投加量下,第21d(對(duì)數(shù)期)的藻液,采用高錳酸鉀預(yù)氧化強(qiáng)化混凝除藻效果最好,其原因可能與不同生長(zhǎng)期胞外有機(jī)物(EOM)濃度及組分不同有關(guān).藻處于衰亡前期和衰亡后期EOM含量顯著增大,過(guò)高濃度的EOM影響了氧化劑的氧化效率,使得預(yù)氧化效果不明顯.穩(wěn)定期和對(duì)數(shù)期藻液中EOM含量較低,此時(shí)氧化劑與藻細(xì)胞接觸,易刺激藻細(xì)胞分泌物質(zhì),而一定濃度的EOM可以起到助凝的作用,使得預(yù)氧化后強(qiáng)化混凝效果良好.高錳酸鉀還原產(chǎn)物是水合Mn O2,會(huì)促進(jìn)混凝并可以附著在藻細(xì)胞表面提高藻細(xì)胞沉降性.
[Abstract]:Based on the characteristics of microcystis aeruginosa cultured in laboratory, potassium permanganate preoxidizer was used to study the effect of dosage on the concentration of DOC in microcystis aeruginosa cells.
