改性微生物絮凝劑FCZJ-15制備及處理含氟廢水研究

【摘要】:慢性氟中毒對(duì)會(huì)導(dǎo)致一系列的健康問題產(chǎn)生。過量氟元素的吸收對(duì)植物的毒害作用亦非常深重,隨著氟元素的遷移及富集,將產(chǎn)生一系列的環(huán)境問題,最終威脅到人體健康。因此,對(duì)于含氟廢水的處理意義重大。目前廣泛應(yīng)用的除氟技術(shù)中存在有各種各樣的缺點(diǎn)。利用微生物絮凝劑進(jìn)行除氟處理的研究目前在國(guó)內(nèi)尚屬空白,將微生物絮凝劑投入到除氟處理過程,既可以改善目前所存在的除氟技術(shù)的缺點(diǎn),也可以拓寬微生物絮凝劑的應(yīng)用范圍。本文的目的為研發(fā)一種新型高效可降解無毒副作用的絮凝效果好的絮凝劑FCZJ-15。對(duì)改性劑的選取、改性劑的濃度、改性劑的添加時(shí)間、共同培養(yǎng)的溫度、培養(yǎng)初始pH、Mg~(2+)對(duì)其影響、最適培養(yǎng)時(shí)長(zhǎng)等條件進(jìn)行研究,從而得到最佳培養(yǎng)條件,再在這一條件下制備得到改性產(chǎn)絮菌CZJ-15。絮凝劑FCZJ-15由產(chǎn)絮菌CZJ-15發(fā)酵后提取而來。再利用絮凝劑FCZJ-15對(duì)含氟廢水進(jìn)行處理。在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了協(xié)同作用絮凝模型,利用傅立葉紅外光譜、電鏡及Zeta電位測(cè)定等方式對(duì)絮凝劑FCZJ-15和鋁鹽協(xié)同對(duì)氟離子的絮凝機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析。得到了以下結(jié)果:(1)改性產(chǎn)絮菌CZJ-15的改性培養(yǎng)的最佳條件為:培養(yǎng)pH=6.38、發(fā)酵時(shí)長(zhǎng) 84h、A13+濃度 0.85g/L、Mg~(2+)濃度 0.6g/L、培養(yǎng)溫度為 34.2℃。(2)絮凝劑FCZJ-15不適用于單獨(dú)進(jìn)行除氟處理,FCZJ-15適用于和鋁鹽進(jìn)行復(fù)配再用于含氟廢水處理。先投加FCZJ-15的除氟效率好于先投加AlCl36H2O。復(fù)配比例為:FCZJ-15添加量:AlCl36H20添加量=16:9。(3)除氟反應(yīng)時(shí)控制pH=7.14,除氟效率可達(dá)95%以上。(4)絮凝劑FCZJ-15的表面基團(tuán)為酰胺基、羧基、羥基;羥基和鋁鹽間靠離子絡(luò)合作用形成類似四羥基氧化鋁結(jié)構(gòu),Zeta電位變大,絮凝活性強(qiáng)。(5)絮凝劑FCZJ-15在電鏡下的主要結(jié)構(gòu)松散,孔徑較大,吸附點(diǎn)位多,有利于絮凝反應(yīng)。(6)在除氟過程中絮凝劑FCZJ-15絮以電中和作用及離子絡(luò)合為主,四羥基氧化鋁結(jié)構(gòu)促進(jìn)了絮凝過程。(7)改性微生物絮凝劑FCZJ-15在高氟水地區(qū)的除氟應(yīng)用中具有極大潛能,極大程度地降低了鋁鹽的使用量,使鋁鹽使用量?jī)H為原使用量的一半左右,大大降低了鋁鹽形成二次污染產(chǎn)生的可能,是一種環(huán)境友好型絮凝劑。

Therefore, it is of great significance to the treatment of fluorine-containing wastewater. There are various shortcomings in the widely used defluorination technology. The study of defluorination by microbial flocculant is still blank in China. The application of microbial flocculants in the process of defluorination can not only improve the shortcomings of the present defluorination technology, The purpose of this paper is to develop a new kind of flocculant FCZJ-15with high efficiency and no toxic side effects. The selection of modifier, the concentration of modifier, the addition time of modifier, The effect of co-culture temperature, initial pH of Mg2) on it and the optimum culture time were studied, and the optimum culture conditions were obtained. Then the modified flocculant CZJ-15 was prepared under this condition. The flocculant FCZJ-15 was extracted from the fermentation of CZJ-15. The flocculant FCZJ-15 was used to treat the wastewater containing fluorine. On the basis of this, a synergistic flocculation model was established. Using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, The flocculation mechanism of flocculant FCZJ-15 and aluminum salt for fluorine ion was analyzed by electron microscope and Zeta potential measurement.
