蘇丹草根分泌物在有機(jī)氯農(nóng)藥降解過(guò)程中的作用

【摘要】:采用模擬修復(fù)實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法,研究了蘇丹草(Sorghum sudanense)根系分泌物對(duì)根際土壤中有機(jī)氯農(nóng)藥(organochlorine pesticides,OCPs)各殘留組分的降解特征及其對(duì)根際微生物群落特征(數(shù)量、組成、結(jié)構(gòu)及功能)的影響,探討了根際土壤中微生物碳、微生物氮和群落結(jié)構(gòu)的變化差異.結(jié)果顯示,供試OCPs含量(66.67~343.61mg/kg)范圍內(nèi),根系分泌物介導(dǎo)下的土壤-微生物系統(tǒng)對(duì)OCPs污染物去除的促進(jìn)作用明顯:添加根系分泌物20d后,"根際"土壤(TR_2)中OCPs去除率在高達(dá)79.32%,比無(wú)根系分泌物的OCPs污染組(TR1)高36.86%,比滅菌處理組(CK)高60.63%;相同處理?xiàng)l件(污染水平、添加劑量)下,根系分泌物對(duì)HCHs、毒殺芬、HCB、艾氏劑、γ-氯丹等組分的強(qiáng)化去除率總高于對(duì)OCPs的強(qiáng)化率(P0.05);對(duì)DDTs、滅蟻靈、硫丹Ⅰ、狄氏劑、環(huán)氧七氯等組分的強(qiáng)化去除率低于OCPs的強(qiáng)化率.相同污染水平下,"根際"土壤(TR_2)中土壤微生物碳、微生物氮也顯著高于無(wú)根系分泌物的TR_1組;實(shí)驗(yàn)期間,細(xì)菌的磷脂脂肪酸含量占主導(dǎo)地位、真菌次之,其變化趨勢(shì)與土壤中OCPs的降解特征相一致.可見,在OCPs降解過(guò)程中,根系分泌物改變了根際土壤中細(xì)菌、真菌等菌群的種群數(shù)量及群落結(jié)構(gòu),進(jìn)而促進(jìn)了OCPs的降解.
[Abstract]:The effects of root exudates of Sorghum Sudanensei on the degradation of organochlorine pesticides-OCPs in rhizosphere soil and on the characteristics of rhizosphere microbial community (quantity, composition, structure and function) were studied by simulated remediation experiments. The variation of microbial carbon, microbial nitrogen and community structure in rhizosphere soil was studied. The results showed that the OCPs content was in the range of 66.67 ~ 343.61 mg / kg. The effect of soil-microbial system mediated by root exudates on the removal of OCPs pollutants was obvious: after adding root exudates for 20 days, the removal rate of OCPs in "rhizosphere" soil (TR2) was as high as 79.32%, which was higher than that in OCPs polluted group without root exudates (TR1). 36.86% higher than that of sterilizing treatment group, 60.63% higher than that of sterilizing treatment group; the same treatment condition (pollution level, The enhanced removal rate of HCHs, toxaphene HCB, Aldrin and 緯 -chlordane by root exudates was higher than that on OCPs (P 0.05), and DDTs, mirex, endosulfan 鈪,
