活化沸石吸附水中氨氮影響因素及動(dòng)力學(xué)研究

【摘要】:采用堿溶液浸泡及高溫加熱的方法對(duì)天然沸石進(jìn)行活化,通過(guò)批實(shí)驗(yàn)考察了活化前后沸石對(duì)氨氮的吸附性能及影響因素,并進(jìn)行了吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)分析及脫附研究。結(jié)果表明:沸石粒徑越小,對(duì)氨氮的吸附能力越強(qiáng);較小粒徑沸石(1.5 mm)經(jīng)低濃度石灰水浸泡、150℃加熱活化后,氨氮單位吸附量提高了11.2%和13.2%,但對(duì)較大粒徑(3 mm)沸石的活化效果不明顯;弱酸性條件最有利于沸石對(duì)氨氮的吸附。沸石對(duì)氨氮的平衡吸附量隨著氨氮平衡濃度的增大而增大,Freundlich方程比Langmuir方程更適用于描述氨氮在沸石上的吸附行為;相比假一級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,假二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型能夠更好地?cái)M合沸石對(duì)氨氮的吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。在10 mmol/L Ca(OH)2中,氨氮的解吸率是在相同濃度Na Cl溶液中的3.5倍,即利用堿溶液作為沸石的洗脫劑,可大大提高其再生利用率。
[Abstract]:Natural zeolites were activated by soaking in alkali solution and heating at high temperature. The adsorption properties and influencing factors of ammonia nitrogen were investigated by batch experiments. The adsorption kinetic analysis and desorption were carried out. The results showed that the smaller the particle size of zeolite, the stronger the adsorption capacity of ammonia nitrogen. The adsorption capacity of ammonia nitrogen unit was increased by 11.2% and 13.2% after heating and activating at 150 鈩,
