噴油參數(shù)對(duì)汽油類燃料壓燃模式顆粒物及氣態(tài)污染物影響的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著汽車行業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,給人們帶來方便的同時(shí),也帶來了嚴(yán)重的能源和環(huán)境危機(jī)。因此高效環(huán)保的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)成為了現(xiàn)在發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),汽油壓燃發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)便是其中的一種。汽油壓燃能夠?qū)鹘y(tǒng)柴油機(jī)和汽油機(jī)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)結(jié)合到一塊,既能實(shí)現(xiàn)柴油機(jī)的高效,又能保留汽油機(jī)的清潔。目前汽油壓燃主要有HCCI(均質(zhì)充量壓燃)、PPCI(部分預(yù)混壓燃)、MPCI(多段預(yù)混壓燃)三種模式,但三者各有其優(yōu)點(diǎn)和不足,仍需進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化和研究。本課題針對(duì)燃油噴射參數(shù)對(duì)顆粒物及氣態(tài)污染物排放的影響進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,分析了燃油噴射時(shí)刻、噴射壓力及EGR對(duì)顆粒物及其氣態(tài)污染物排放的影響規(guī)律。實(shí)驗(yàn)在一臺(tái)四缸柴油機(jī)上進(jìn)行,采用了80%汽油與20%柴油的混合燃料,記為G80。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在其它噴油參數(shù)不變的情況下,提高噴射壓力,各模態(tài)微粒數(shù)量濃度峰值向小粒徑方向偏移,數(shù)量均呈下降趨勢(shì),NO_x排放有大幅度提升,而HC、CO呈下降趨勢(shì);當(dāng)EGR率從10%增加到30%時(shí),各模態(tài)微粒數(shù)量濃度峰值均向大粒徑方向偏移,數(shù)量均呈上升趨勢(shì),尤其EGR率從25%增加到30%時(shí),微粒數(shù)量大幅度增加,而EGR率的增大同樣抑制了NO_x的生成,HC變化不大,CO增長較大;提前第一次噴射時(shí)刻,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明對(duì)微粒排放影響不大,NO_x排放降低,HC和CO均減少;提前第二次噴射時(shí)刻,各模態(tài)微粒數(shù)量濃度峰值均向小粒徑方向偏移,且微粒數(shù)均呈下降趨勢(shì),而NO_x呈現(xiàn)明顯的上升趨勢(shì),HC降低,CO升高。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automobile industry, it brings convenience to people, but also brings serious energy and environmental crisis. Therefore, efficient and environmentally friendly engine has become the trend of development. Gasoline Compression Ignition engine is one of them. Gasoline Compression Ignition can combine the advantages of traditional diesel engine and gasoline engine to realize the high efficiency of diesel engine. At present, HCCI (homogeneous charge Compression Compression Ignition) PPCI (partial premixed Compression Ignition) MPCI (multistage premixed Compression Ignition) mode is available. However, each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages, which still need to be further optimized and studied. In this paper, the influence of fuel injection parameters on the emission of particulate matter and gaseous pollutants is studied experimentally, and the fuel injection time is analyzed. The effect of injection pressure and EGR on the emission of particulate matter and gaseous pollutants. The experiment was carried out on a four-cylinder diesel engine with a mixture of 80% gasoline and 20% diesel. The experimental results show that when the injection pressure is increased, the peak concentration of particles in each mode deviates to the direction of small particle size, and the number of particles decreases with the other injection parameters unchanged. The emission of NO_x increased significantly, but the emission of NO_x decreased. When the EGR ratio increased from 10% to 30, the peak value of the particle concentration in each mode shifted to the direction of large particle size, and the number of particles increased, especially when the EGR rate increased from 25% to 30. The number of particles increased greatly, but the increase of EGR rate also inhibited the formation of NO_x. In advance of the first injection time, the experimental results show that there is little effect on particulate emission. In advance of the second injection time, the peak concentration of particles in each mode shifted to the direction of small particle size, and the number of particles decreased, while the NO_x showed an obvious upward trend that HC decreased the increase of CO.
