垃圾滲濾液兩級DTRO濃縮液生物蒸發(fā)處理研究

【摘要】:以生物膜海綿為微生物載體和膨脹劑,餐廚垃圾為補充碳源,生物蒸發(fā)處理垃圾滲濾液兩級DTRO濃縮液.同時優(yōu)化了生物蒸發(fā)過程中的COD濃度、最佳通風速率和每輪的投加量.結(jié)果表明:生物蒸發(fā)處理垃圾滲濾液濃縮液是可行的,且COD濃度越高,生物蒸發(fā)效果越佳,當COD濃度為160g/L時,四輪堆體最高溫為72℃,水分總?cè)コ蕿?5.2%;雖然低風速堆體溫度相對較高,但水分去除相對較少.所以綜合堆體溫度及水分去除效果,選擇通風速率為0.5L/min作為生物蒸發(fā)最佳風速;混合液投加量為85%時水分和VS的去除效果最佳,所以選擇最佳投加量為85%.
[Abstract]:Biofilm sponge was used as microbial carrier and expandant, and kitchen waste was used as supplementary carbon source to treat landfill leachate by biological evaporation. Meanwhile, the concentration of COD in the process of biological evaporation was optimized. The results show that biological evaporation treatment of landfill leachate concentrate is feasible, and the higher the concentration of COD, the better the effect of biological evaporation. When the concentration of COD is 160 g / L, the maximum temperature is 72 鈩,
