紅樹蜆體內(nèi)氧化逆境標志物對SCCPs暴露的響應(yīng)

【摘要】:實驗室條件下,觀測不同劑量-時間短鏈氯化石蠟(SCCPs)暴露下紅樹蜆(Polymesoda erosa)血液及鰓組織的4種氧化逆境標志物(SOD、CAT、GST酶活性及MDA含量)的響應(yīng)特征.結(jié)果表明:在低濃度(0.5,1mg/L)和中濃度(5mg/L)脅迫組,血液和鰓組織SOD、GST酶基本表現(xiàn)為隨脅迫時間延長,酶活性逐漸上升的趨勢;高濃度(10,20mg/L)脅迫組SOD、GST酶在脅迫初期表現(xiàn)出很高的活性,之后逐漸下降.CAT酶在脅迫初期(1d)就表現(xiàn)出最高的酶活性,之后酶活性逐漸降低并最終受到抑制.低濃度脅迫組MDA含量呈現(xiàn)上升-下降-上升的趨勢;中等濃度及以上脅迫組,MDA含量持續(xù)升高.抗氧化系統(tǒng)在低于5mg/L的SCCPs脅迫組能夠有效發(fā)揮作用,而高于此濃度的脅迫組,抗氧化系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過初期的應(yīng)急反應(yīng)后,隨脅迫時間延長逐漸被破壞.本文還探討了利用紅樹蜆作為指示生物的可行性.
[Abstract]:In the lab. Four oxidative stress markers (SOD) in blood and Gill tissues of Polymesoda erosa exposed to SCCPs at different dose-time were observed. The results showed that the SOD in blood and Gill tissues of the low concentration group and the middle concentration group were 0.5 mg / L and 5 mg / L, respectively. The enzyme activity of GST increased gradually with the extension of stress time. The activity of GST in high concentration 10 ~ 20 mg / L stress group was very high at the beginning of stress, and then decreased gradually. Cat enzyme showed the highest activity at 1 day after stress. After that, the enzyme activity gradually decreased and was eventually inhibited. The content of MDA in the low concentration stress group showed the trend of rising, decreasing and increasing. The content of MDA in the medium concentration and above stress group increased continuously. The antioxidant system could play an effective role in the SCCPs stress group with less than 5 mg / L, but higher than that in the stress group with this concentration. After the initial emergency response, the antioxidant system was destroyed gradually with the prolongation of stress time. The feasibility of using mangrove clam as indicator organism was also discussed in this paper.
