【摘要】：霧霾災(zāi)害越演越烈,給公眾的出行、工作、生活以及身體健康帶來諸多危害,并伴隨著巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。文章先通過對(duì)我國(guó)霧霾形成原因、污染特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)地介紹分析;然后根據(jù)治理霧霾的途徑,從三個(gè)方面對(duì)我國(guó)的霧霾治理文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析;最后介紹了經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析方法——數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)法,對(duì)我國(guó)霧霾治理措施進(jìn)行有效性分析。并且詳細(xì)介紹了如何利用DEA數(shù)據(jù)分析指標(biāo),從投入產(chǎn)出的角度提出相應(yīng)的完善策略,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)最合理的資源配置、最完善的科學(xué)管理制度、最高的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力。
[Abstract]:The haze disaster is becoming more and more severe, which brings a lot of harm to the public's travel, work, life and health, and is accompanied by huge economic losses. The characteristics of pollution are introduced and analyzed in detail. Then according to the way of governance of haze, this paper summarizes and analyzes the literature of haze governance in China from three aspects. Finally, this paper introduces the data statistics and analysis method of economics, data envelopment method, analyzes the effectiveness of haze governance measures in China, and introduces in detail how to use DEA data to analyze indicators. From the angle of input and output, this paper puts forward the corresponding consummation strategy, so as to realize the most reasonable allocation of resources, the most perfect scientific management system and the highest technological innovation ability.
