【摘要】：近年來(lái),“霧霾”成為了人們生活的熱搜詞。2013年末到2014年初春,全國(guó)范圍大面積出現(xiàn)霧霾天氣,空氣污染情況開(kāi)始引起人們關(guān)注。作者所處的河北省石家莊市更是成為遠(yuǎn)近聞名的霧霾之都,PM2.5指數(shù)爆表天氣成為秋冬常態(tài)。政府及相關(guān)部門出臺(tái)一系列治理大氣污染,應(yīng)對(duì)霧霾天氣的措施,其中與人們生活息息相關(guān)的一條措施便是機(jī)動(dòng)車限號(hào)出行,純電動(dòng)車除外。在此背景下,引發(fā)的對(duì)電動(dòng)汽車的討論也成為一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)話題。純電動(dòng)車在限行政策下正引領(lǐng)綠色出行的趨勢(shì)。發(fā)展節(jié)能環(huán)保型電動(dòng)汽車是減少尾氣排放,改善大氣環(huán)境的重要舉措。電動(dòng)汽車行業(yè)是新興技術(shù)型產(chǎn)業(yè),正處于產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展初期,具有高投入,高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的特點(diǎn)。正是由于需要投入大量資金用以滿足科研生產(chǎn),往往面臨資金匱乏,融資困難的問(wèn)題。其中一批具有高成長(zhǎng)性的中小企業(yè)是行業(yè)中最具活力的一支隊(duì)伍,然而融資問(wèn)題制約了其快速發(fā)展的步伐。電動(dòng)汽車行業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是創(chuàng)新能力,資金短缺已成為制約企業(yè)不斷創(chuàng)新的瓶頸。為此,本文以河北新宇宙電動(dòng)車有限公司為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查、調(diào)閱資料分析總結(jié)企業(yè)的融資現(xiàn)狀,從多角度探尋當(dāng)前面臨融資困境的原因,結(jié)合具體情況從企業(yè)自身角度提出緩解融資難題的對(duì)策。論全文共有六部分,第一部分是緒論,闡明本文研究背景和意義,總結(jié)本文研究?jī)?nèi)容及方法,對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述,并提出本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分是企業(yè)融資問(wèn)題研究的理論基礎(chǔ)及成功案例。第三部分是分析問(wèn)題部分,通過(guò)調(diào)研得到的信息及企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表分析河北新宇宙電動(dòng)車有限公司融資現(xiàn)狀,財(cái)務(wù)狀況,第四部分為企業(yè)融資問(wèn)題的成因分析,從內(nèi)外兩個(gè)視角分析企業(yè)產(chǎn)生融資問(wèn)題的主要原因。第五部分提出了一些切實(shí)可行的解決方案,從充分享受政策紅利、提升企業(yè)內(nèi)源融資能力、量身制定融資方案、科學(xué)利用證券市場(chǎng)這四個(gè)方面提出了若干解決方案,實(shí)用性較強(qiáng)。第六部分是實(shí)施保障。從企業(yè)管理的角度提出改善融資狀況需具備的保障性措施,是更為長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)性的建議。全文的研究分析希望對(duì)該企業(yè)解決融資問(wèn)題能起到一點(diǎn)積極的作用,并為同類企業(yè)提供些許借鑒。本文的寫作邏輯為提出問(wèn)題,分析問(wèn)題,解決問(wèn)題。論文寫作研究過(guò)程中,通過(guò)訪談,調(diào)閱財(cái)務(wù)資料等方式分析河北新宇宙電動(dòng)車有限公司的融資現(xiàn)狀,在結(jié)合大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)學(xué)習(xí)理論基礎(chǔ)及案例的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)剖析了該企業(yè)融資問(wèn)題形成的原因,并量身定制適用于該企業(yè)的解決對(duì)策。融資問(wèn)題對(duì)于河北新宇宙電動(dòng)車有限公司來(lái)說(shuō),是其當(dāng)下面臨的發(fā)展瓶頸。成長(zhǎng)期的新能源企業(yè)需要投入大量資金,缺乏資金導(dǎo)致公司的發(fā)展舉步維艱。論文提出的對(duì)策對(duì)于解決河北新宇宙電動(dòng)車有限公司的融資問(wèn)題將有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, "haze" has become a popular word for people's lives. From the end of 2013 to the early spring of 2014, haze weather appeared across the country. Air pollution began to attract people's attention. Shijiazhuang City in Hebei Province, where the author is located, has become the capital of haze. PM2.5 index explosion weather has become the normal in autumn and winter. The government and related departments issued a series of measures to control air pollution and cope with haze weather. One of the measures closely related to people's lives is the limited number travel of motor vehicles, except pure electric vehicles. In this context. The discussion on electric vehicles has also become a hot topic. Pure electric vehicles are leading the trend of green travel under the restriction policy. The development of energy-efficient and environment-friendly electric vehicles is to reduce emissions. The electric vehicle industry is a new technology industry, which is in the early stage of industrial development, with high investment. The characteristics of high risk. It is because of the need to invest a lot of funds to meet the needs of scientific research and production, often faced with a lack of funds. Financing difficulties. Among them, a group of high growth SMEs is the most dynamic team in the industry. However, the financing problem restricts its rapid development. The core competitiveness of the electric vehicle industry is the innovation ability, and the shortage of funds has become the bottleneck of the continuous innovation of enterprises. This article takes Hebei New Universe Electric vehicle Co., Ltd. as the research object, through the field investigation, reads the data to analyze and summarize the enterprise's financing present situation, explores the reason of the current financing predicament from many angles. Combined with the specific situation from the point of view of the enterprise to ease the financing problems. There are six parts of the full text, the first part is an introduction to clarify the background and significance of this study, summarize the content and methods of this study. The second part is the theoretical basis and successful cases of corporate financing research. The third part is the analysis of the problem. Through investigation and analysis of the information and enterprise financial statements Hebei New Universe Electric vehicle Co., Ltd. financing status, financial situation, 4th part of the enterprise financing problems cause analysis. From both internal and external perspectives to analyze the main causes of financing problems. Part 5th puts forward some practical solutions from the full enjoyment of policy dividends to enhance the endogenous financing capacity of enterprises. In order to make the financing plan, scientific use of the four aspects of the securities market put forward a number of solutions. Practical. 6th part is the implementation of security. From the point of view of enterprise management to improve the financing situation needs to have the safeguard measures.
