【摘要】：近年來,“霧霾”成為了人們生活的熱搜詞。2013年末到2014年初春,全國范圍大面積出現(xiàn)霧霾天氣,空氣污染情況開始引起人們關注。作者所處的河北省石家莊市更是成為遠近聞名的霧霾之都,PM2.5指數(shù)爆表天氣成為秋冬常態(tài)。政府及相關部門出臺一系列治理大氣污染,應對霧霾天氣的措施,其中與人們生活息息相關的一條措施便是機動車限號出行,純電動車除外。在此背景下,引發(fā)的對電動汽車的討論也成為一個熱點話題。純電動車在限行政策下正引領綠色出行的趨勢。發(fā)展節(jié)能環(huán)保型電動汽車是減少尾氣排放,改善大氣環(huán)境的重要舉措。電動汽車行業(yè)是新興技術型產業(yè),正處于產業(yè)發(fā)展初期,具有高投入,高風險的特點。正是由于需要投入大量資金用以滿足科研生產,往往面臨資金匱乏,融資困難的問題。其中一批具有高成長性的中小企業(yè)是行業(yè)中最具活力的一支隊伍,然而融資問題制約了其快速發(fā)展的步伐。電動汽車行業(yè)的核心競爭力是創(chuàng)新能力,資金短缺已成為制約企業(yè)不斷創(chuàng)新的瓶頸。為此,本文以河北新宇宙電動車有限公司為研究對象,通過實地調查、調閱資料分析總結企業(yè)的融資現(xiàn)狀,從多角度探尋當前面臨融資困境的原因,結合具體情況從企業(yè)自身角度提出緩解融資難題的對策。論全文共有六部分,第一部分是緒論,闡明本文研究背景和意義,總結本文研究內容及方法,對相關文獻進行綜述,并提出本文的創(chuàng)新點。第二部分是企業(yè)融資問題研究的理論基礎及成功案例。第三部分是分析問題部分,通過調研得到的信息及企業(yè)財務報表分析河北新宇宙電動車有限公司融資現(xiàn)狀,財務狀況,第四部分為企業(yè)融資問題的成因分析,從內外兩個視角分析企業(yè)產生融資問題的主要原因。第五部分提出了一些切實可行的解決方案,從充分享受政策紅利、提升企業(yè)內源融資能力、量身制定融資方案、科學利用證券市場這四個方面提出了若干解決方案,實用性較強。第六部分是實施保障。從企業(yè)管理的角度提出改善融資狀況需具備的保障性措施,是更為長遠性的建議。全文的研究分析希望對該企業(yè)解決融資問題能起到一點積極的作用,并為同類企業(yè)提供些許借鑒。本文的寫作邏輯為提出問題,分析問題,解決問題。論文寫作研究過程中,通過訪談,調閱財務資料等方式分析河北新宇宙電動車有限公司的融資現(xiàn)狀,在結合大量相關文獻學習理論基礎及案例的基礎上總結剖析了該企業(yè)融資問題形成的原因,并量身定制適用于該企業(yè)的解決對策。融資問題對于河北新宇宙電動車有限公司來說,是其當下面臨的發(fā)展瓶頸。成長期的新能源企業(yè)需要投入大量資金,缺乏資金導致公司的發(fā)展舉步維艱。論文提出的對策對于解決河北新宇宙電動車有限公司的融資問題將有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, "haze" has become a popular word for people's lives. From the end of 2013 to the early spring of 2014, haze weather appeared across the country. Air pollution began to attract people's attention. Shijiazhuang City in Hebei Province, where the author is located, has become the capital of haze. PM2.5 index explosion weather has become the normal in autumn and winter. The government and related departments issued a series of measures to control air pollution and cope with haze weather. One of the measures closely related to people's lives is the limited number travel of motor vehicles, except pure electric vehicles. In this context. The discussion on electric vehicles has also become a hot topic. Pure electric vehicles are leading the trend of green travel under the restriction policy. The development of energy-efficient and environment-friendly electric vehicles is to reduce emissions. The electric vehicle industry is a new technology industry, which is in the early stage of industrial development, with high investment. The characteristics of high risk. It is because of the need to invest a lot of funds to meet the needs of scientific research and production, often faced with a lack of funds. Financing difficulties. Among them, a group of high growth SMEs is the most dynamic team in the industry. However, the financing problem restricts its rapid development. The core competitiveness of the electric vehicle industry is the innovation ability, and the shortage of funds has become the bottleneck of the continuous innovation of enterprises. This article takes Hebei New Universe Electric vehicle Co., Ltd. as the research object, through the field investigation, reads the data to analyze and summarize the enterprise's financing present situation, explores the reason of the current financing predicament from many angles. Combined with the specific situation from the point of view of the enterprise to ease the financing problems. There are six parts of the full text, the first part is an introduction to clarify the background and significance of this study, summarize the content and methods of this study. The second part is the theoretical basis and successful cases of corporate financing research. The third part is the analysis of the problem. Through investigation and analysis of the information and enterprise financial statements Hebei New Universe Electric vehicle Co., Ltd. financing status, financial situation, 4th part of the enterprise financing problems cause analysis. From both internal and external perspectives to analyze the main causes of financing problems. Part 5th puts forward some practical solutions from the full enjoyment of policy dividends to enhance the endogenous financing capacity of enterprises. In order to make the financing plan, scientific use of the four aspects of the securities market put forward a number of solutions. Practical. 6th part is the implementation of security. From the point of view of enterprise management to improve the financing situation needs to have the safeguard measures. The full text of the study and analysis of the enterprise to solve the financing problem can play a little positive role and provide some reference for similar enterprises. The writing logic of this paper is to raise questions. In the course of the thesis writing, the author analyzes the financing situation of Hebei New Universe Electric vehicle Co., Ltd by means of interviews and financial data. In combination with a large number of relevant literature learning theoretical basis and case based on the summary and analysis of the reasons for the formation of financing problems in this enterprise. The lack of funds makes the development of the company difficult.
