【摘要】:用玉米秸稈制備生物炭,并以其作為固定化菌劑的廉價(jià)載體,與阿特拉津降解菌Acinetobacter lwoffii DNS32制備成具有吸附-降解性能的新型菌劑,用以降解水溶液中阿特拉津。結(jié)果表明:固定化菌劑可在40 h內(nèi)將100 mg·L~(-1)的阿特拉津降解94%,降解率比游離菌高24%;固定化菌劑在pH=5和pH=10時(shí),降解率分別為42%和35%,說明其具有更好的pH適應(yīng)性;溫度為10℃時(shí),固定化菌劑的降解率比游離菌高14%,說明其具有更好的耐寒性。為期30 d的模擬修復(fù)阿特拉津污染的實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:生物炭固定化菌劑在30 d后仍然具有活性,該固定化菌劑具有高效且持久的阿特拉津污染修復(fù)效果。
[Abstract]:Biochar was prepared from corn straw and used as a cheap carrier for immobilized bacteria. A novel adsorption-degradation agent was prepared with Atrazine degrading bacteria Acinetobacter lwoffii DNS32. The results showed that the immobilized bacteria could degrade atrazine 100 mg 路L ~ (-1) in 40 h, and the degradation rate of atrazine was 24% higher than that of free bacteria. The degradation rates of immobilized bacteria at pH=5 and pH = 10:00 were 42% and 35, respectively, which indicated that the immobilized bacteria had better pH adaptability.
