【摘要】：對(duì)山東莒縣城北生活垃圾無害化處理場(chǎng)工程設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹。本工程采用厚度為300 mm、粒徑為50～100 mm的碎石作為主要的滲濾液導(dǎo)流層材料;并使用800 g/m~2短纖無紡?fù)凉げ?2.0 mm光面HDPE土工膜+4 800 g/m~2GCL用于水平防滲,600 g/m~2長(zhǎng)絲無紡?fù)凉げ?2.0 mm光面HDPE土工膜+4 800 g/m~2GCL用于邊坡防滲;滲濾液處理采用了十分成熟的MBR系統(tǒng)/納濾/反滲透組合工藝,保證了高效的處理效果,最終出水水質(zhì)達(dá)到了《生活垃圾填埋場(chǎng)污染控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 16889—2008)的要求。
[Abstract]:The engineering design of the harmless treatment site for municipal solid waste (MSW) in the northern part of Ju County Shandong Province is introduced in detail. The thickness of the project is 300mm. The gravel with a diameter of 50 ~ 100mm was used as the main material of the leachate diversion layer. At the same time, the HDPE geotextile (4 800 g / m ~ (2) GCL) was used for horizontal impermeability using 800g / m ~ (-2) staple fiber non-woven geotextile with 2.0 mm smooth surface. 600g / mm2 filament non-woven geotextile 2.0 mm smooth surface HDPE geomembrane 4 800 g / m 2 GCL used for slope seepage control; The leachate treatment adopts the very mature MBR system / nanofiltration / reverse osmosis combination process, which guarantees the high efficiency treatment effect. The final effluent quality meets the requirements of the Standard for pollution Control in domestic Landfill sites (GB 16889-2008).
