【摘要】：城市密集地區(qū)的生態(tài)空間管控對于城市生態(tài)健康的維護(hù)有重要意義,但由于城市密集區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)與人口聚集、土地價值高,其生態(tài)用地保護(hù)與城市建設(shè)發(fā)展之間的矛盾也尤其尖銳。本研究以廣州都會區(qū)為例,基于對城市熱島緩解、生態(tài)連接度提升、水系功能完善、道路綠帶預(yù)控等多重目標(biāo)構(gòu)建生態(tài)廊道網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系規(guī)劃方法,并提出相應(yīng)的管控與實施思路,以期為城市密集地區(qū)的生態(tài)空間規(guī)劃控制提供參考。
[Abstract]:The ecological space control in urban dense areas is of great significance to the maintenance of urban ecological health, but the land value is high because of the economic and population concentration in urban concentrated areas. The contradiction between ecological land protection and urban construction development is especially sharp. This study takes Guangzhou metropolitan area as an example, based on the urban heat island relief, ecological connectivity, water system function is perfect. The planning method of ecological corridor network system is constructed with multiple objectives such as road green belt pre-control and so on. The corresponding control and implementation ideas are put forward in order to provide reference for ecological spatial planning control in urban dense areas.
