【摘要】:工藝過(guò)程源和溶劑使用源是我國(guó)大氣揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物(VOCs)最主要的工業(yè)來(lái)源,近年來(lái)源成分譜的研究逐步受到重視.本文總結(jié)梳理了2000年以來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)工藝過(guò)程源和溶劑使用源排放VOCs特征的相關(guān)研究,對(duì)比分析了不同研究結(jié)果的差異,結(jié)合不同研究的對(duì)象和方法,探討了影響溶劑使用和工藝過(guò)程源排放成分譜研究的主要影響因素.結(jié)果表明,工藝過(guò)程源下分的32個(gè)三級(jí)子類(參照國(guó)家《大氣揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物源排放清單編制技術(shù)指南》源分類方法)中,有相關(guān)研究報(bào)道的包括八類;溶劑使用源下分的10個(gè)三級(jí)子類中,有相關(guān)研究報(bào)道的包括四類.總體而言,細(xì)化的行業(yè)研究種類比較少,不同行業(yè)排放VOCs組成差異大,可比性較差.污染源采集測(cè)試方法對(duì)同一行業(yè)源排放成分譜研究結(jié)果有較大影響.此外,成分譜中VOCs物質(zhì)名錄的不統(tǒng)一也不利于不同研究結(jié)果的比較;含氧VOCs是上述兩類污染源排放的重要組分,需要納入測(cè)量范圍.未來(lái),有必要建立開(kāi)放交互式的工藝過(guò)程源和溶劑使用源排放VOCs成分譜庫(kù)平臺(tái),鼓勵(lì)并形成不同研究結(jié)果的共享及錄入機(jī)制;并建立相關(guān)研究成果數(shù)據(jù)入庫(kù)規(guī)范,包括研究的對(duì)象、方法、地區(qū)、時(shí)段以及樣本量等詳細(xì)信息,以便開(kāi)展不同VOCs源成分譜不確定性評(píng)判.
[Abstract]:Process and solvent sources are the main industrial sources of VOCs in China. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the study of source composition spectrum. This paper summarized and combed the related research on the characteristics of VOCs emission from process source and solvent source since 2000 at home and abroad. The differences of different research results were compared and analyzed. Combined with different research objects and methods, the main influencing factors of solvent use and process source emission spectrum study were discussed. The results showed that: 1. Of the 32 tertiary subcategories (drawing up the technical guidelines for the preparation of the National Atmospheric volatile Organic compounds Source Emission inventory) under the process source, there are eight categories reported in the relevant studies; Of the 10 tertiary subgroups of solvent use sources, there are four related studies reported. In general, there are fewer types of research on the refined industries, and there are large differences in the composition of VOCs emissions from different industries. The pollution source collection and test method has great influence on the research results of the emission composition spectrum of the same industry. In addition, the disunity of the list of VOCs substances in the composition spectrum is also not conducive to the comparison of different research results; Oxygen VOCs is an important component of the above two kinds of pollution sources, which needs to be included in the measurement scope. In the future, it is necessary to establish an open and interactive VOCs spectrum library platform for both process and solvent source emissions. (B) encouraging and forming mechanisms for sharing and inputting the results of different studies; In order to evaluate the uncertainty of different VOCs source spectra, detailed information such as object, method, region, time period and sample size are established.
