【摘要】：含鉻廢水污染對生態(tài)系統(tǒng)及人類的健康都造成了嚴(yán)重的威脅,鉻污染已經(jīng)成為世界各國亟待解決的問題。離子交換技術(shù)被認(rèn)為是移除水體中重金屬較為簡單有效的方法,許多分離過程借助離子交換技術(shù)得以實現(xiàn)。離子交換的核心—樹脂,是一類依靠活性官能團與其他離子進(jìn)行交換而達(dá)到吸附、分離、純化目的的高分子化合物,在廢水處理領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。本文圍繞大孔N-甲基咪唑強堿陰離子交換樹脂資源化治理高濃度電鍍含鉻廢水進(jìn)行研究,主要工作內(nèi)容如下:(1)考察了大孔N-甲基咪唑強堿陰離子交換樹脂PCl對高濃度含鉻溶液的靜態(tài)和動態(tài)吸附性能。系統(tǒng)的研究了各種實驗因素對其靜態(tài)吸附性能的影響和不同運行參數(shù)對動態(tài)柱實驗吸附的影響,并就吸附過程中發(fā)生的Cr(Ⅵ)還原現(xiàn)象及其影響因素進(jìn)行了探究。結(jié)果表明,PCl樹脂對Cr(Ⅵ)有很好的選擇性,在pH范圍1-14內(nèi)對Cr(Ⅵ)吸附性能穩(wěn)定,且對低酸度、高濃度的含鉻溶液吸附能力較強,最大吸附容量可達(dá)187.7 mg/g。動態(tài)柱實驗吸附流速選用5 mL/min,解吸選用濃度為2.5 mol/L,流速為4 mL/min的NaOH溶液處理效果最為理想,其吸附容量為59.7g/L,解吸比可達(dá)96%。吸附過程中Cr(Ⅲ)的產(chǎn)生,證明了樹脂受到Cr(Ⅵ)的氧化,通過SEM、XPS、FT-IR分析進(jìn)一步證明了這一結(jié)論,并推測其可能的氧化機理。靜態(tài)實驗發(fā)現(xiàn)Cr(Ⅵ)還原程度與Cr(Ⅵ)溶液的pH值和初始平衡濃度有關(guān)。(2)在以上研究基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了一種雙陰柱全飽和離子交換工藝,對鍍鉻漂洗水進(jìn)行處理。以小柱實驗參數(shù)為依據(jù),結(jié)合實際廢水處理要求合理推算出大柱運行參數(shù),并進(jìn)行實驗驗證。PCl樹脂經(jīng)過30次吸附—再生運行,其飽和吸附容量基本在60g/L左右�；厥找旱腃r(Ⅵ)濃度為140g/L左右,其中Cl-和SO42-的含量都達(dá)到了鍍鉻回用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:The pollution of chromium-containing wastewater is a serious threat to ecosystem and human health. Chromium pollution has become an urgent problem in the world. Ion exchange technology is considered to be a simple and effective method to remove heavy metals in water. Many separation processes can be realized by ion exchange technology. The core of ion exchange resin is a kind of polymer compounds which can be adsorbed, separated and purified by the exchange of active functional groups with other ions. It has been widely used in wastewater treatment. In this paper, the treatment of chromium-containing wastewater with high concentration of chromium-containing wastewater by using macroporous N-methylimidazole strong base anion exchange resin was studied. The main contents of the work are as follows:. The static and dynamic adsorption properties of macroporous N-methylimidazole strong base anion exchange resin (PCl) for high concentration chromium-containing solution were investigated. The influence of various experimental factors on the static adsorption performance and its different operation were systematically studied.
