室內(nèi)外霧霾暴露人群血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平的變化

【摘要】:目的:測定室內(nèi)外霧霾暴露人群血清白介素6、白介素10(interleukin,IL-6、IL-10)、腫瘤壞死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平,觀察霧霾高暴露、低暴露情況下對人體炎癥因子的影響,為采取適當(dāng)防護(hù)措施減少細(xì)顆粒物(particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter of 2.5μm or less,PM2.5)對健康危害提供理論依據(jù)。方法:選取河北省人民醫(yī)院2015年10月至2015年12月兩批體檢人群,分別為干部職員等辦公室人員、公交司機(jī),發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷,了解性別、年齡、吸煙狀況、居住環(huán)境、室外暴露時間、防護(hù)措施采取情況,完成問卷調(diào)查后清晨空腹抽取靜脈血,酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,Elisa)測定血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平。結(jié)果:1室內(nèi)組與室外組人群一般情況的比較:室內(nèi)組共88人,男性69人(78.4%),女性19人(21.6%),年齡分布為46.2±3.31歲,目前吸煙者為48人(54.5%);室外組共90人,男性73人(81.1%),女性17人(18.9%),年齡分布為46.6±3.33歲,目前吸煙者為52人(57.8%)。兩組人群的性別構(gòu)成(χ2=0.201,P=0.654)、年齡(t=㧟0.750,P=0.454)、吸煙率(χ2=0.189,P=0.664)差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。研究人群大部分居住在城區(qū):室內(nèi)組居住在城區(qū)者為81人(92%),遠(yuǎn)郊3人(3.4%),近郊4人(4.5%);室外組居住在城區(qū)者為76人(84.4%),遠(yuǎn)郊9人(10%),近郊5人(5.6%)。調(diào)查使用空氣凈化器、霧霾期間合理開門窗、佩戴口罩等防護(hù)措施的情況室內(nèi)組40人(45.5%)、室外組32人(35.6%),兩組人群的居住環(huán)境(χ2=3.204,P=0.192)、采取防護(hù)措施率(χ2=1.810,P=0.179)差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;2采集血樣1年前石家莊市空氣中PM2.5濃度數(shù)據(jù)以及室內(nèi)組、室外組暴露時間的對比:2015年石家莊市PM2.5濃度日均水平波動在6~391μg/m3,平均濃度是71μg/m3。同一時期室內(nèi)組人群每天的室外暴露時間在1~6小時之間,平均暴露時間為2小時,室外組人群每天的室外暴露時間在8~13小時之間,平均暴露時間10小時,室外組明顯高于室內(nèi)組(Z=㧟11.634,P=0.000);3室內(nèi)組與室外組血清IL-6水平變化:室內(nèi)組、室外組血清IL-6平均水平分別為3.94±0.48 pg/ml、17.05±2.30 pg/ml,室外組血清IL-6高于室內(nèi)組(t=㧟52.925,P為0.000);4室內(nèi)組與室外組血清IL-10水平變化:室內(nèi)組、室外組血清IL-10平均水平分別為3.27±0.51 pg/ml、22.39±1.62 pg/ml,室外組血清IL-10高于室內(nèi)組(t=㧟106.904,P為0.000);5室內(nèi)組與室外組血清TNF-α水平變化:室內(nèi)組、室外組血清TNF-α平均水平分別為25.24±2.15 pg/ml、106.13±9.27 pg/ml,室外組血清TNF-α高于室內(nèi)組(t=㧟80.618,P為0.000)。結(jié)論:室外組霧霾暴露人群血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α高于室內(nèi)組,PM2.5空氣污染增強(qiáng)人體炎性反應(yīng),減少室外霧霾暴露可能取得健康獲益。
[Abstract]:Objective: to determine serum interleukin 6 (IL 6) and interleukin 10 interleukin 6 (IL 6) in people exposed to haze in and out of the room. The level of tumor necrosis factor- 偽 (TNF- 偽) was measured to observe the effect of high exposure to haze and low exposure to TNF- 偽. To reduce fine particulate matter for appropriate protective measures (. Particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter of 2.5 渭 m or less. Methods: two groups of physical examination people from October 2015 to December 2015 in Hebei Provincial people's Hospital were selected as cadres and clerks. Bus drivers, the distribution of questionnaires to understand gender, age, smoking status, living environment, outdoor exposure time, protective measures to take the situation, completed the questionnaire after the fasting blood sampling in the morning. Conclusion: the level of serum IL-6 and IL-10 TNF- 偽 in outdoor haze exposed population is higher than that in indoor group. Reducing outdoor haze exposure may benefit health.
