【摘要】:為辨析沉積物粒度特征、氮磷含量及上覆水水質(zhì)3類環(huán)境因子,對(duì)季節(jié)性多泥沙河流沉積物細(xì)菌群落多樣性和結(jié)構(gòu)特征變化的影響,采用T-RFLP技術(shù)分析了不同水文時(shí)期渭河(陜西段)流域沉積物細(xì)菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)變化特征,并通過(guò)冗余分析和蒙特卡羅檢驗(yàn)識(shí)別了不同時(shí)期的關(guān)鍵環(huán)境驅(qū)動(dòng)因子.結(jié)果表明,不同水文時(shí)期渭河水沙環(huán)境差異顯著.豐水期沉積物TN含量升高了1~2個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí),且空間差異明顯減小(RSD=17%).沉積物中的氮磷比受上覆水氮磷比影響較大,兩者之間在豐水期呈現(xiàn)出一定的正相關(guān)關(guān)系(0.687,P=0.6).渭河干流沉積物細(xì)菌群落Shannon多樣性指數(shù)在2.02~3.18之間,不同時(shí)期的沿程變化特征各異.相對(duì)平水期和枯水期,豐水期渭河沉積物細(xì)菌多樣性的空間差異最大(RSD=37.4%),不同點(diǎn)位優(yōu)勢(shì)群落結(jié)構(gòu)組成的Bray-Curtis相似度最低(17.4%).PAT比對(duì)表明優(yōu)勢(shì)細(xì)菌大多歸屬于變形菌門(mén)(Proteobacteria)和擬桿菌門(mén)(Bacteroidetes).沉積物氮磷含量對(duì)細(xì)菌群落變化的影響,在平水期和枯水期較為直接.上覆水水質(zhì)對(duì)不同水文時(shí)期沉積物菌群變化解釋度的貢獻(xiàn)占比超過(guò)60%,對(duì)豐水期沉積物微生物環(huán)境的影響尤其顯著.
[Abstract]:As the size of sediments, 3 environmental factors of nitrogen and phosphorus and the overlying water, impact on seasonal sediment of Shahe stream sediment bacterial community diversity and structure characteristics, analyzes the different hydrological period by T-RFLP Weihe (Shaanxi) basin sediment bacterial community structure change characteristics, and through analysis and redundancy Monte Carlo test to identify key environmental driving factors in different periods. The results show that the different hydrological period of Weihe water and sediment environment are significantly different. The wet period sediment TN content increased by 1~2 orders of magnitude, and the spatial difference was significantly reduced (RSD=17%). The nitrogen and phosphorus in the sediment than the overlying water ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus influence between the two in the wet period showed positive correlation between the (0.687, P=0.6). The Weihe river sediment bacterial community diversity index of Shannon in 2.02~3.18 between different periods of change along. Sign different. The content of nitrogen and phosphorus in sediments on bacterial community changes in the normal water period and low water period is direct. The overlying water of sediment bacteria to explain changes of the contribution of the different hydrological period accounted for more than 60%, influence on the wet period sediment microbial environment is particularly significant.
