【摘要】:為研究在低水力負(fù)荷下培養(yǎng)的好氧顆粒污泥的破胞釋磷特性,以厭氧顆粒污泥為接種污泥,使用SBR反應(yīng)器在水力負(fù)荷為0.4~1.02kg/(m~3·d)的條件下培養(yǎng)具有脫氮除磷能力的好氧顆粒污泥,設(shè)置靜置、熱解、酸解、堿解和攪拌五種條件,分析每種條件下其上清液中磷氮濃度的變化趨勢(shì)并得出最佳釋磷條件。結(jié)果表明,在靜置條件下PO_4~(3-)-P凈增長(zhǎng)可達(dá)到5.02mg/L;熱解條件下在60℃時(shí)PO_4~(3-)-P凈增長(zhǎng)可達(dá)到36.057mg/L;酸解條件下當(dāng)pH=3時(shí)PO_4~(3-)-P凈增長(zhǎng)可達(dá)到12.097 mg/L;堿解條件下pH=10時(shí)PO_4~(3-)-P凈增長(zhǎng)可達(dá)到19.732mg/L;攪拌條件下在100r/min時(shí)PO_4~(3-)-P凈增長(zhǎng)可達(dá)到約23.641mg/L。對(duì)比分析五種不同條件可知,溫度和堿解對(duì)低水力負(fù)荷下培養(yǎng)的好氧顆粒污泥破胞釋磷的影響最大。研究成果為減少污泥量及磷的資源回收提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the characteristics of breaking phosphorus release from aerobic granular sludge cultured under low hydraulic load, anaerobic granular sludge was used as inoculation sludge. Aerobic granular sludge with nitrogen and phosphorus removal ability was cultured in SBR reactor under the hydraulic loading of 0.4 ~ 1.02kg / min ~ (-3 路d). The sludge was statically pyrolyzed and acidolysis. The change trend of phosphorus and nitrogen concentration in supernatant under each condition was analyzed and the optimum conditions of phosphorus release were obtained.
